Refunds: Before C.D. less $25 office fee. Refunds will be mailed via check 30 days after the show. Competition cancellation-No refund. USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($35) is not subjected to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Entries

ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY CLOSING DATE! Entries received after C.D. are subject to a $50 post entryfee. An entry is considered complete if it received by hard copy, or Xentry, with full payment before closing date. If your entry fulfills these requirements, you will not be charged a late fee. Changes to Entry: After C.D. $35; prior to C.D. no charge. Double Entries: Accepted, non-refundable $20 fee. Returned check fee$50.Entry Fee includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. Incomplete entries (complete= all fees paid and required information provided) by CD will be charged $35 processing fee. Modifiedand ABOVE rider, trainer, and owner must be USEF members. USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life)and horse registration (limited or Full) are required at all levels, except Pre-comp/CT: USEA membership/non-membership feesare waived and the USEA Starter/D&M fee does not apply. All horses must have their vaccine records submitted to:2026 Horse Trials Equine Influenza and Equine Herpes Vaccinationand with them to enter show grounds. PER USEF GR845 horses must have been vaccinated for Equine Influenza Virus and Equine Herpes Virus within 6 months of entering show grounds! This event is part of the USEA Interscholastic Eventing League. Riders must declare Teams by 7/6 by emailing [email protected] Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. Stabling/Veterinarian

202 12 x 12 perm. stalls, 7 15x15 pipe corrals, 300 10x10 temp stalls on grounds. Wood 12x12' stall priority given to TRR members, TRR Battle of the Barns Leaders and Premier Stabling Members. No Tying to barns, any barn damage repairs must be paid by competitor. Pipe Corrals first come first served requests. $260 from 12 am Thur. thru noon Sun. $40/additional stabling nights. Solid stall doors with bars and initial bedding only provided. Long term stabling available for discount before or after events - contact [email protected]. Feed/Hay/Bedding available for purchase, $15/bag, email pre-orders to [email protected]; No outside delivery of bedding allowed. Haul-In Fee = $100 for weekend. Grasshopper- 1000m @ 275 mpm, 18" height. All courses: Average, for horses with experience at this level. Level to gently rolling terrain with excellent sandy loam footing. Tracks will be watered and prepared for competition. Cross-country course closed June 16 at sundown.

Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Dogs must be leashed, $100 donation to Cross Country Jump fund for dogs caught off lease. CAUTION: We have severe problem with coyotes. Team competition: Team of 3 or 4, best 3 scores to count, all team members at same level. $5/ team member. Competitor's/Volunteer's/Official's Evening Happy Hour at the River Bar Friday & Saturday Night. Food available on grounds. Non-competing horse allowed for $100 facility use fee. Cross-Country schooling allowed on Sunday after the competition for $75. Please pre-order shavings and hay before the Event at [email protected]. Last orders are at 3 pm daily. Volunteers are needed! Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801. Show Jumping Footing: GGT. Please use sharps containers located in the barns per USEF rules. Advanced Competitors: If 5 entries are not received by closing date, level is subject to cancellation. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith”.
