Fri: Cross-Country course open-3:00 pm.
Sat: 7:30 am -Dressage for all levels will go on Saturday, likely followed by SJ for A/I/P/M and XC for T/N/BN. Gaze and Graze - 5-7:00 pm.
Sun: 7:30 am -Sunday would likely be XC for I/A/P/M and SJ for T/N/BN.

Both include 3 nights, from 8am Thursday to 6 pm Sunday. Extra nights: $25 per night. Grounds Fee: Competing horse = no additional charge,included in Entry Fee!

USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($35), is not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Entries
Entry fee includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. No entry accepted
without full payment. Please enter through Event Entries. Non-postmarked entries (i.e. on-line stamps) must be received by closing, or the late fee will be charged. No entry scheduled without prior payment. Riders, owners, and trainers at preliminary and above must send current copies of all USEF membership cards, or pay a show pass fee. Only 1 show passis allowed per person per year and they must be paid online. Double entries: Not
accepted. All horses and riders including foreign, must have a USEA
number. All riders
and horses must be members of the USEA in order to compete. Horses must be
registered with a Limited registration Beginner Novice through Training and a Full registration Modified through Advanced, riders
will need a Junior, Collegiate or Full membership which is renewed annually. Show
Management reserves the right to limit the number of horses per rider.
Scratches & changes must be e-mailed or faxed, no
phone calls, change of horse or rider requires anew entry to
bemailed or e-mailed. ENTRIES RECEIVE NO POSTMARK UNTIL THE DAY
THEY ARE PAID.
Change Fee: $25 change fee for each change made

T.I.P. numbers are horse/owner specific.
If you own or lease an off the track Thoroughbred, you must have a T.I.P. number for that horse underyour own T.I.P. account. Be sure to addall ridersto the horse’s T.I.P. number through your account so results are recorded correctly.
Registration is FREE.Compete just once to qualify, submit a declaration with T.I.P., and enter the Championships at Stable View to compete forbeautiful ribbons, great prizes, and cash awards.
Stabling/Veterinarian
Limited
on-grounds stabling from 8am Thursday through 6pm Sunday. All on site stalls arepermanent and at least 12x12 w/doors. $200 for regular stabling, $250 for stabling plus a paddock, in our Main Barns close to the Covered Arena. No initial bedding provided, bedding available for sale on grounds.Pre-order shavings by Sunday June 14 for discount price of $11/bag. After that time shavings will be available for $13/bag.
Separate stall stripping check in the amount of $50, must be included in stall reservation
for each stall. Check will be destroyed if stall is stripped. Stalls MUST
BE STRIPPED or the deposit will be charged.

Food on grounds. Ice available for purchase on grounds.
Stable View is proud to offer a riders lounge located between the two banks of stalls where riders can stop in for coffee, snacks, water, and a place to have meetings or just relax during the day. The riders lounge includes restrooms, washing machine and dryer, and shower facilities. Additional rider lounges located in the Hunt Boxes and the Pavilion.
Dogs must be leashed.Please note updates and changes to USEF rules,
including all dogs MUST remain on leash and in control as per GR1301.
Sharps containers will be located on the competition grounds at all of the barns. Improper disposal of needles or other sharp disposable instruments may be fined.

SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS
1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR.
a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801)
b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801.
