From South: 95 North to exit 100, North to Rte 1, N to Rte 82 exit. Left at ramp approx. 4 miles to round-a-bout (traffic circle) stay on Rte 82 through Unionville. Go past Green Valley Rd and Tapeworm Rd. After stop at Newark Rd take your next right (about 1/2 mile) onto Apple Grove Rd. Event is about 1 mile on right. Narrow road...please be considerate of the neighbors' lawns.

Stabling Fee: $200 Friday AM through Monday Noon. Dirty stall fee $50, invoiced if stall not stripped clean.
Late Fee: $75.00 (included in post entry fees above).
Missing Item fee: $20.00 per item.
Refunds: Before Closing Day: less $25 non-refundable office fee, notify secretary in writing. NOTE: all complete entries received within 5 days of opening day - no charge for cancellation or changes if made before closing date. After Closing Day: entry/stabling - no refund. Competition cancellation - no refund. All changes, scratches, etc. must be by email to [email protected].
USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy:The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($35) is not subject to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of
the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Entries
Our preferred method of entry is through evententries.com. Please make sure your Event Entries rider, horse, owner, and trainer profiles are up-to-date before entering. All entry fees includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. All entries must be printed and have a valid email address. All communication will be done by email.
Double entries: $30. All complete entries submitted within 5
days of opening date will not be charged for cancellation or changes if
made before closing date. USEAcurrent membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse
registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels.
Refunds: see above. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy:

Change fee: $25/change. No changes to entry after Tuesday, June 2nd. A $20 per item
CHARGE WILL BE ATTACHED TO ALL ENTRIES MISSING SIGNATURE PAGE, COGGINS,
PAYMENT, OR OTHER INFORMATION if not received by 5 p.m. on Monday, June 1st.
Neg. Coggins required for all horses within 12 months. Failure to notify secretary of intent not to compete will incur $30 fee. This applies also to
no-shows.
Riders must submit entry with payment to the secretary. Only PAID entries will be accepted. Divisions may be divided or combined if entries warrant. If not noted on entry rider
will be put into Open Division. Riders may be limited to 3 horses per level if event is oversubscribed on opening day. Wait List policy: Entries will be accepted based on the postmark of mailed payment or the date electronic payment was made. Entries will be accepted from the wait list as space allows.
Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.

Cross-Country
M 2600m @ 490 mpmT-2500 m @450 mpm. N-2100 m @ 400 mpm. BN-1900 m @ 350 mpm. Starter-1500m @ 325 mpm. All courses moderate. Rolling terrain requires fit horse. Well established turf. Cross-country course closed February 1.
Other Information
Cross-country course closed February 1. The only time the course is open for schooling is on the scheduled schooling Wednesdays: April 15, June 10, June 24, and October 28.
Show Jumping and SJ warm-up on grass footing in large field.
Riders may be limited on total rides. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and put birth date on entry.
Food available on grounds.
Please note that there will be no tack vendor on site for this event.
No motorized vehicles on cross country.Golf carts, scooters, mini bikes, e-bikes permitted on rest of property if operated by licensed drivers at least 16 years of age.

EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted.
“Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith”.
