All entries include a $25 non refundable office fee. $50 change fee for any modification made after closing date. Missing Items after closing date will be charged $30/item. Double Entries not accepted.

Refunds: Before Closing Date: Entry will be refunded less $25 non-refundable office fee. After Closing Date: No Entry refund. Competition cancellation-No refund. USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($35) is not subjected to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Entries
*** A COMPLETED ENTRY IS ALL PAPERWORK, COGGINS, SIGNATURES, PAYMENT, WAIVERS, AND OTHER INFORMATION RECEIVED BY THE SECRETARY. Incomplete Entries will not be scheduled.***
Training and Novice entries: Choose your preference on day to run. Riders with multiple horses will have priority on days should one day be over subscribed.
CT entrants:You do not need to be a USEA member to participate. There are no non-member fees for tests. USEA Starter/D&M fee does not apply.
Changes: All changes to entry must be made in writing (email). ABSOLUTELY NO telephone withdrawals or changes will be accepted. $50 fee for any changes after Closing Date. Levels may be divided if entries warrant; state preferences under Eligible Section and provide birth date on entry.

Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. No ribbons or prizes will be mailed unless arrangements have been made with the secretary.
Overall Ribbons 1st - 8th and lots of PRIZES.
Trophies - Many trophies are for MDCTA members only. Please make sure your MDCTA membership is current BEFORE closing date.
Prize Money will be awarded to Collegiate Teams (instead of ribbons). A minimum of 3 teams in order to offer prize money - $300 to first place team, $200 to second place team, and $100 to third place team.

Competition Management will provide sharps containers at office and trailer parking areas. Competition Management may fine any individual up to $100 for improper disposal of needles or other sharp disposable instruments. See GR1210.4

Cross-Country
Courses are a true representation of their level. Distances below are approximate
P‑2900 m @ 520 mpm. M -2600 m @ 490 mpmT‑2200 m @ 450 mpm. N-2000 m @ 400 mpm.BN- 1800 m @ 350 mpm. Starter-1300m @ 300 mpmTerrain: Beautiful established turf on rolling hills. Aerating equipment on site should it be required. Tracks have excellent flow with lots of galloping. Inviting confidence building courses at level.
The course is only open for schooling following the event for a single week.
Other Information
All Show Jumping is on grass. The Show Jumping warm-up area is approximately 300x600 meters. The competition area is approximately 200x300 meters.
Food available on grounds. Water hydrants and hoses on grounds near parking. BRING YOUR OWN ICE.
No bikes orvehicles allowed on cross country course during the competitionexcept for officials and those with prior authorization.

PLEASE, dogs must be leashed at all times, no exceptions! $50 fine for loose dogs, will be strictly enforced! On grounds DOG WARDEN!!!

SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801) b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted.
