Stabling:Stabling requests are given priority to early entries. $150.00 all stabling is a flat fee covered, shade covered pipe panel stalls, hard covered and uncovered pipe panel stalls.Thursday thru Sunday; Stall doors included. 1st bag of shaving included. Subject to
availability. Melinda Hofmeister is Stabling Guru. Additional nights $25.00 a night.
Shavings: $11.00 a bag
Stall Cleaning Deposit: $40.00, separate check.

Starter/D&M fee ($35), is not subject to office fees and shall be returned
within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage
test.
Any changes in entries or potential sale of entry must be acknowledged by the organizer and secretary prior to transfer.
Entries
Dressage Choice Friday or Saturday morning prior to Cross Country Three-day competitors must ride dressage Friday.
Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee.
Note: USEA and USEF fees are not included as part of the entry fee; these fees should be added to your entry fee, per the itemized Fees Enclosed section of the Entry Form, totaled with the other applicable fees, and sent to the event with your entry. Use the current Horse Trials Entry and Stabling Forms.
USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except Starter or Tadpole or any TESTS competitors are exempt from the USEA Starter/D&M and membership fees.
Combined Testentries please note you do not have to be a member nor does your horse all applicable waivers must be signed
Double entries: Accepted.
Changes: $25 per horse/rider per division after C.D., space permitting all changes must be in writing via email to [email protected]
Post Entries: Accepted, additional $25 fee.
Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.- USEA/USEF fees only - no other refunds. Competition cancellation-No refund.
Other requirements: Out-of-state horses must include a copy of negative Coggins within the last 12 months. Health Certificate required for all out-of-state horses - bring health certwith you. All attachments must be included with entry. Failure to do so could result in denial of the entry. Incomplete entries will be returned. State birth date on entry.
Management reserves right to combine, split, or cancel classes; cancel or add judges as entries warrant, and refuse any entries.
Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.

Veterinarian: On site during competition only, Numbers will be posted in the Show office. Farrier: During competition hours on grounds, otherwise on call.

Approximate course specifications:IP/P- 2600-3000m @ 520 mpm. M-2200-3000m@490mpm T-2200-2600m @ 450 mpm. N-1800-2200m @ 400 mpm. BN-1600-2000m @ 350 mpm; Starter- 2'3" 1600-1800m @ 300 mpm.3D:per guidelines(Distance and speed subject to change). Terrain: Rolling Hills, Banks grass/pasture, berms, water complex, etc. P/M/T/N/BN/Starter: Courses are at the Standard for the levels. Nice Hack to Start Box from Stabling. PARKING AT CROSS COUNTRY COURSE, Do not park in driveways, cars NOT allowed on XC or blocking Warmup or entrance gates, HORSES always have the right of way. Bring your PINNY HOLDER. Concessions on grounds
Please, no unleashed dogs! Competition management will request a $50.00 donation to the jump fund for anyunleashed canid. Additionally, the Fairgrounds staff can and will issue fines forloose dogs. They take this very seriously, and it is an issue with some people every year.
No unauthorized motor vehicles allowed on the XC course. Water Available at XC - Bring buckets. Bring your plastic pinny holders. Parking allowed at XC please do not park in the entry or along the XC perimeter fences.
SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS
1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR.
a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801)
b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801.
