From Ft. Worth: Interstate 20 West, use exit 414, Fort Worth Hwy US 180 to courthouse.
From west of Weatherford: Interstate 20 East, exit 402, Ranger Hwy, spur 312, to courthouse.
At the courthouse, take FM51 north 2 1/2 miles, turn right onto North Bend Rd. The first driveway on the left about 1/4 mile is the entrance to Willow Draw.

Stabling:$200 (2 bags shavings provided). Early move-ins: Arriving before 10:00am, Friday, May 22 or Late Move-outs after 12pm Sunday, May 24 will incur additional stall fee of $50 per day. Please understand we are implementing assigned parking for all trailers and extra vehicles. Some of this will be determined by size and arrival times. No extra cars/trucks will have barn access.
Stall cleaning deposit:$75 (separate check). Check will be destroyed if stall is clean with hay and manure removed. Do not strip. If we remove a half full wheel barrow, fee will be collected.
Trailer-in/Grounds Fee:$75.00 per horse - Non Stables Horse (haul ins) please understand we are implementing assigned parking some of which is determined by size of trailers and arrival.
Camping:$50 (per night, separate check).
Hook-ups:$75(per night, electricity only, limited amount, separate check).
Late entry:After closing date,$75.
Changes:Any entry change received after the closing date will be charged a non-refundable $50 fee.
Refunds:Before closing date, less $25 non-refundable office fee; After closing date, less $50 non-refundable office fee only if place can be filled from wait list of same level. Stalls refunded only if spot can be filled from wait list. No telephone withdrawals accepted, emails only. Competition cancellation-No refund.All entries received after closing date are ineligible for the Wait List.

Entries
Limited to 100 entrantsand 2 entry per rider limit.Cross-country Pinny/Holder/Insert required.USEAcurrent membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited for T, N, BN, or Full) are required at all levels except Intro. All levels subject to USEA starter/drug fees, $35.
Electronic entries through USEA's Xentry system preferred. If electronic entry is complete with all signatures and current coggins, hard copies do not need to be mailed to secretary. Stall cleaning deposits are required by check only. Venmo will not be an option at this time. If one check covers more than one person's stall, all stalls must be cleaned to specifications or the check will be cashed.
Wait List Policy:INCOMPLETE entries go to wait list. Missing signatures, trainer name, coggins, fees, etc. will result in entry going to wait list.After the entry limit is reached, additional entries are placed on the wait list in the order they are received and if the entry is COMPLETE.Only entries received by closing date are placed on the Wait List.All entries received after the closing dates are ineligible for the Wait List. Once scheduling of the competition is complete, substitutions will be made from the wait list BY DIVISION only.The Wait List expires on Friday before show. All checks are destroyed or refunded after the termination of the Wait List. After the Closing Date and before the termination of the wait list, in order to receive a refund, your spot must be filled from the wait list. Scratches after the close of the wait list date are not eligible for a refund. With the expiration of the Wait List, no scratched spots are filled.

Expect mid range to shorter distance courses for all levels. Training and Novice will be starting on east side and will have the bridge crossing in middle of course. Those two levels will see new tracks that will include hilly terrain and brief runs through wooded areas and open. Beginner Novice, Starter and Intro will be starting in the main schooling field.
Intro- is 10 obstacles circling the main schooling field, there will be a water option ( flagging open to were riders can enter water or ride closely by) but otherwise will be 16” to 2’ introduction fences. Rolltops, rails, log, and such.

b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801.
