Directions

From Denver & points North: I‑25 South to C‑470 West. Exit Santa Fe Drive (Rte. 85). Turn South (left) at top of off-ramp. 1.5 miles to Spring Gulch Equestrian Area on east side of highway, across from George T. Sanders Co. Pass through Spring Gulch Flags at entrance. $5 parks use fee will be charged per day for all vehicles and trailers to park on site.

Fees

Entry Fees for ALL HT LEVELS: $250.00 CT-P: $175 Tadpole:$200 All applicable USEF/USEA fees (see 2026 entry form). Entrant must provide USEF and/or USEA member and horse registration and microchip numbers. All mandatory signature lines must be signed with original signatures or electronic signatures. Entrant must use USEA Entry Form. Draw checks to Central Colorado Eventing. Xentry or EventEntries preferred. No Stabling is offered for this event. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.- Less $50 ONLY if place can be filled from waiting list. Otherwise, no refund. Please notify secretary by email. Competition cancellation - no refund USEA Starter/D&M Fee: The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($35), is not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Entries

Entry fee includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Accepted. USEAcurrent membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except Starter. Starter participants are exempt from USEA membership. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.- Less $50 ONLY if place can be filled from waiting list. Otherwise, no refund. Please notify secretary by email. Competition cancellation- no refund. Proof of Neg. Coggins within 12 months and Health Certificate required for out‑of‑state horses only. Late entries accepted if space permits with $30 late entry fee. Electronic Entries accepted and preferred via evententries.com and Xentry system. Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. Stabling/Veterinarian

No Stabling is offered for this event. Veterinarian: On site during competition only. # will be posted in secretary's office. Farrier:On grounds 30 minutes before the start and during all show hours.

Cross-Country

All courses will be suitable for the time of the year. Water/Ditches/Terrain on course for all divisions. CROSS COUNTRY COURSE CLOSES MAY 4th.

Other Information

Cross‑country course closes May 4th! No one may ride any horse, walk or otherwise view the cross-country course. Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under Eligible Section and birth date on entry. If experience level not completed, higher will be assumed. Concessions offered on grounds - Mexican Food Truck Highlands Ranch Metro District Rules: Currently $5/vehicle parking fee will be charged too all vehicles and trailers. Please have cash on hand for parking passes! Change will be provided. No horses may be ridden on dam. Dogs must be leashed; $50 fine will be assessed to owners of unleashed or troublesome dogs. SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801) b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801. USEA Medical card/armband must be worn; limited supply for sale on grounds. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith”.
