The Kentucky Horse Park is north of Lexington: Exit 120 off I-75. Follow signs to Park. Enter at main gate & follow signs to stables (859) 233-4303 (Main office). KY Horse Park: 4089 Ironworks Pkwy, Lexington KY 40511. Horse Park will charge a weekend parking fee for all vehicles.

Tentative Schedule
Thurs: Cross-country course open-3 pm. Ring familiarization available in ALLTECH from 4-6pm. Fri: 8 am- All P, M and all T Dressage and 10:00 am - Show Jumping. Sat: 8 am-P, M, and T X-C. 8am- N, BN, Starter & Intro Dressage. 10:00 am -Show Jumping - N, BN, Starter & Intro Sun: 8 am-remaining N, BN & Starter X-C. Starter and Intro may show jump and XC on Sunday. NOTE: Schedule subject to change depending on entries.
NOTE: All dressage will take place in the main dressage complex. All show jumping will take place in Alltech Arena.

Stabling: Thursday - Sunday - $160. Non-stabled ship-in fee for duration of event: $60
Late entry fee: $100 (check with show secretary for availability). Refunds: Before C.D.- Full amount less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D. -no refund. All withdrawals must be in writing & emailed before 8:00 pm of C.D. Competition cancellation-No refund.
REFUNDS for entries up to closing date via EVENT ENTRIES are refunded weekly and will be refunded directly to the credit card used to enter. If entered via Xentry, REFUNDs will be issued by check following the competition.
USEA Starter/USEF D&M Fee: For any competitor who does not start the dressage test, the USEA Starter fee ($35) and the USEF D & M fee ($8 for Modified and above) shall be returned within 30 days of the competition.

Entries
ELECTRONIC ENTRIES ONLY! Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted. USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels except Starter. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ONLINE COGGINS IS UPDATED AND VALID THROUGH SHOW DATES. Health papers within 30 days should travel with horses.
Changes made after FRIDAY, MAY 8th: including horse/rider substitutions, change of level, or other changes: $50 - subject to available space.
Late Entries: If accepted after closing date, include $100 late fee.
$50 charge for bounced checks.
Divisions (Open, Rider, Horse) may be combined as entries warrant.
Any additional fees incurred after closing date of April 29th must be paid before receiving packet. Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.
Awards
Prizes and 8 ribbons per division. We are a TIP registered event and will have awards at all levels! Be sure to include your horse's TIP number with your entry.
Stabling/Veterinarian
$160 a stall for Thursday through Sunday. Tack stall fees are the same as regular stalls. Majority of stabling will be in the Alltech arena barns. 400 permanent stalls available. Stall doors provided. If not stabled on grounds, must pay ship-in fee of $60.
NOTE: Groups wishing to stable together must use the same group/farm name on stable forms. This is the only way to ensure you are stabled together. Any stable forms with no ‘stable with’ requests will be stabled at show secretary’s discretion.
Per Horse Park: You will be charged an extra night if you set up your stall the night before horse arrival. Buckets empty and shavings may be in stall but buckets not hung. There will be a $50 charge for use of an unauthorized stall. Stall assignments will be posted on the evententries website by the evening of May 12th.

Cross-Country
MOSTLY NEW XC JUMPS FOR ALL LEVELS - P-2900m @ 520 mpm. M-2700m @ 490mpm.T-2500m @ 460mpm. N-2000m @400mpm. BN -1800m @ 350mpm. Starter - 1400m @300mpm. Intro – 1200m @ 300mpm; All courses: Average for horses with some experience at these levels. Terrain: Rolling. All courses: Inviting, expect water at all levels (except water is Optional for Starter & Intro)- open, galloping terrain. Distances and speeds are weather-dependent.
Other Information
Cross-country course closed. Schooling is not permitted. Trade Fair & Food available on the grounds. Dogs MUST be leashed. It is YOUR responsibility to notify the secretary ASAP of any corrections to be made to your entry as listed on the website before the closing date. ANY CHANGES MADE AFTER THE CLOSING DATE WILL INCUR THE CHANGE FEE AND WILL ONLY BE MADE IF POSSIBLE.
EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith”.
Additional reminders:
1) Anyone competing Modified level and above must be a USEF Life and Senior Active Member with SafeSport completed before the first day of competition.

3) As a reminder, GR1101.10 becomes effective December 1, 2025. All horses competing at Federation Licensed and Endorsed competitions must provide a microchip number that verifies the animal. A microchip used to verify the identity must be a fifteen-digit ISO compliant 11784/11785 chip and implanted in the nuchal ligament of the horse. Not required for horses competing at the Starter level.
