Tentative Schedule

Subject to change due to entry numbers, keep checking on-line. All levels are projected to run over 2 days, but could possibly condense some levels to a 1-day depending on numbers. Thursday: Cross country course open-3:00 pm. Friday:Cross country course open 3:00 pm. Saturday:7:30 Dressage All levels. 9:30 XC for N/BN/Starter and SJ for A/I/P/M/T. Gaze and Graze (Drinks and appetizers at the Pavilion Pub 5-7:00pm. Sunday: - 8:30 XC I/A/P/M/T and any other divisions that didn't go XC already. 8:30 SJ for N/BN/Starter and any divisions that haven't yet show jumped.

Stabling:
$200 weekend for a regular stall, and $250/weekend for stall w paddock. Limited stabling available Wednesday through Monday. 12x12 stalls with stall doors and rubber mats provided. Extra nights $35/night. Please contact Stable View Office at 484-356-3173 for more information.

If you pay for a tack stall and we can't provide one we will refund the fee in full.

REFUNDS: Before C.D.-full refund minus $25 office fee; After C.D. refund minus $25 office fee, only if same spot can be filled from wait list, (if there is a wait list). If for any reason the show is canceled- Partial credit. Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($35), is not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Entries

All entries include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Please enter through Event Entries.Entries on Evententries.com will be not be accepted without payment. INCOMPLETE ENTRIES RECEIVE NO POSTMARK UNTIL THE DAY THEY ARE MADE COMPLETE, INCLUDING FEES, NUMBERS & STABLE FORM. Entries must be completed by the closing date or a $50 late fee per entry will be owed. No entry scheduled without prior payment. Riders, owners, and trainers at preliminary and above must send current copies of all USEF membership cards, or pay a $45 USEF show pass fee. Only 1 show pass fee is allowed per person per year, and it must be paid online. Double entries: Not accepted. All horses and riders including foreign, must have a USEA number. All riders and horses must be members of the USEA in order to compete at the Beginner Novice level. Beginner Novice horses can be registered with a Limited registration, which allows the horse to compete at Beginner Novice through Training for the duration of its lifetime, and riders will need a Junior, Collegiate or Full membership which is renewed annually. All membership cards and horse numbers have to be to Stable View secretary by closing or a $50 late fee will be owed. Scratches & changes must be e-mailed--no phone calls. Change of horse or rider requires a new entry to be mailed or e-mailed. Change Fee: $35 change fee for each change made to entry and/or stabling at any time and multiple changes at one time: $50.00. Neg. Coggins required for all horses within 12 months. Do not send original Coggins. Reminder:
All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. Awards

6 ribbons and prizes for each division. Additional ribbons for Adult Team, Alumni Cup, IEL, and CTC. TIP Awards and Prizes for the highest placed Thoroughbred Horse at each level. Register your off the track Thoroughbred at http://tjctip.com/default.asp?page=7. Please be sure the rider is connected to the horse with TIP and the rider has their own TIP rider ID. It is free to sign up a new horse/rider combo.

Stabling/Veterinarian

Stabling - available Thursday to Monday: $200 weekend for a regular stall, and $250/weekend for stall in main barns closer to covered arena, includes use of a paddock nearby. Separate stall stripping check in the amount of $50, must be included in stall reservation for each stall. Check will be destroyed if stall is stripped. Stalls MUST BE STRIPPED. Extra Nights $35/night. Shavings $11/bag if preordered (includes tax) - please order by Sunday April 26 toreceivethe discount. $13/bag if ordered on-site or after the 26th. Shavings will be available for sale on grounds for the competition. Orders received after 4:00 will be delivered the next day. Dressage

All dressage will be on Attwood footing. Warm up on Attwood footing. Additional warm up available on grass.

Cross-Country

A - 3500 m @ 570 MPM. I - 320 m @ 550 MPM. P - 2800 m @ 520 MPM. M - 2500 m @ 490 MPM.T - 2200 m @ 450 MPM. N - 2000 m @ 400 MPM. BN - 1600 m @ 350 MPM. Starter - 1500 m @ 325 MPM. All courses: Average for horses with experience at level. There will be water, banks and ditches appropriate for each level on the courses. Cross Country Track is established, irrigated and aerated turf with established Bermuda and Celebration grasses on slightly rolling sandy loam soil. Cross-country Course is closed year-round for schooling.
Volunteers can choose to receive a free schooling pass or pick from a selection of non-equestrian items.


Other Information

Entry limit - 400. New for 2026: For Gaze and Graze, riders are being given 2 wristbands per entry in your packets. If you are over 21, you will also receive 2 drink tickets for alcohol. Additional wristbands can be purchased for $20, and additional drink tickets for $5/ticket. They can be purchased at the show trailer or through Event Entries. Show Jumping and SJ warm up will be on Atwood footing. Competition arena is 270' X 350' and warm up is 121' X 240'. Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Food on grounds. Stable View is proud to offer a riders lounge located between the two banks of barns where riders can stop in for coffee, snacks, water/sodas, and a place to have meetings or just relax during the day. The riders lounge includes restrooms, washing machine and dryer, and shower facilities. Dogs must be leashed. Event is GDCTA and NCDCTA recognized. Stable View reserves the right to refuse to accept an entry from any owner, trainer, exhibitor or coach who has a past due balance owed to Stable View. Please see www.stableviewfarm.com for more information. SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801) b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801. Sharps containers located in stabling, all sharps must be disposed of properly. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith.”
