Shavings/Feed/Hay available for purchase from Tractor Supply, Leesburg, Southern States, Purcellville. Any horse found in unassigned stalls will be fined $100 and must move out, clean the stall & pay fine before Dressage. MOTORIZED VEHICLES NOT ALLOWED WITHIN 15 FEET OF BARNS AT ANY TIME. Cross-Country

I-2600-3575 @ 550 mpm. Expect water complexes, corners, banks, gates, skinnies, brush, ditches, tables, combinations and rolling terrain. P-2200-3120 @ 520 mpm. Expect water complexes, corners, banks, gates, skinnies, brush, ditches, tables, combinations and rolling terrain. M-2200-3000m @ 490 mpm. Expect water complexes, corners, banks, trakehners, brush, ditches, tables, combinations, and rolling terrain.T-2200-2600m @ 450 mpm Expect water complexes, corners, banks, trakehner, brush, ditches, tables, combinations, and rolling terrain. N-1600-2200m @ 400 mpm Expect water complexes, banks, brush, ditches, tables, combinations, and rolling terrain. BN-1400-2000m @ 350 mpm All courses in open rolling fields with established old turf. Large galloping tracks that are not overly technical for spring event. All courses include ditches, water, and terrain questions. All courses solid for the level. Not recommended as "move up" courses.

NO MOTORIZED VEHICLES OF ANY KIND SHOULD BE PARKED WITHIN 15 FEET OF BARNS AT ANY TIME. Vehicle(s) will be removed by Security and will not be released until the posted fine is paid. NO MOTORIZED VEHICLE OF ANY KIND ON ANY COURSE. Contact the LHPCHT Secretary if you require assistance “walking the course” due to mobility issues. LHPC will do their best to arrange accommodations for you. Please allow ample time. DOGS MUST BE LEASHED AT ALL TIMES. PINNEY HOLDER: Riders must bring a pinney holder. Paper numbers will be provided. SAFESPORT/MAPP: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS 1. Protective Headgear. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted. (See GR801) MICROCHIP USEF GR 1101.10 Beginning December 1, 2026, under GR 1101.10, all horses competing in USEF-licensed or -endorsed competitions must be microchipped with a 15-digit ISO compliant 11784/11785 chip.
