Entries
Entry fee includes a $25.00 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted.Refunds:Before C.D.-less $25.00 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.- Entry No Refund. Competition Cancellation - No Refund.Any late changes will be scheduled first in the order of go unless otherwise necessary. All scratches must be sent via email to secretary-- make sure to get a receipt of email.
Neg coggins req. within 12 months of competition date for all horses PLEASE BE AWARE, COGGINS THAT EXPIRE PRIOR TO COMPETITION DATE OF APRIL 5 2026 WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BY SECRETARY.
USEAcurrent membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except Intro. Intro riders are waived USEA membership/non-membership/horse registration fees and the USEA Starter/D&M Fee does not apply.

Competitors are limited to three (3) entries unless otherwise approved prior to entry by the secretary.

Complete entry consists of - Entry and signed Federation and Association Entry Agreement.
Signed USEF/USEA Waiver and Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement.
Coggins (valid through April 5, 2026).
Payment.
Emailed legible copies or photos of all forms are accepted or try finding a scanner app for your smart phone.
Entries are not considered complete until completed paperwork and payment is received.
Any changes before Closing Date will incur a $25.00 change fee.
Any changes after Closing Date will incur a $50.00 change fee per change.
Any entry not complete by closing date will incur a $50.00 fee.
Late Entries; if accepted after Closing Date incur a $75.00 fee. Late entries will only be accepted with credit card payment and any paperwork not received from late entries by Monday March 30st at 5PM will incur an additional $50.00 late fee.
NOTES TO COMPETITORS:
The after market sale, trade, or swap of entries is expressly forbidden without the prior written approval of the Organizer and all appropriate late and/or change fees being paid.
Secretary, Organizer and Organization are not responsible for the USPS. Competitors are solely responsible for ensuring their entries, information and payments are received.
Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.

Cross-Country
All M-3000 m @ 490 mpm. All T-2600 m @ 470 mpm. All N-2200 m @ 400mpm. All BN-2000 m @ 350mpm. Starter -1800m @ 275.Test Intro-1200m @ 275 mpm. Jumps will be 18"-2'3". All courses: Some maximum height fences, water, ditches, and banks possible.Forward, galloping track for all levels.
Cross-country course Closed always except for CDCTA schooling days and competition
COURSES: Most of the terrain is open, rolling hills - old established turf, excellent footing. Courses are open and galloping, a good percentage of the fences per level are big and solid.
Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. XC schooling day will be held most likely Tuesday after event; weather permitting - see Secretary for details.

SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS
1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR.
a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801)
b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801.
