Wednesday, March 18: 9:30am-11am – Ring familiarization; 9am-12 PM – FEI In Barns; 12pm-5pm – Ring Familiarization; 1pm-5pm – FEI In-Barns; 3pm – All FEI XC Course Open; 4:30pm-6:30pm - SPEA Welcome Social CDP Rider Lounge.

Entries will not be accepted until payment is received in full. All entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee.
CCI4*/3*-S: $485.00 (prize money awarded); CCI 2*-S: $460 (prize money awarded); CCI1*-S: $435 (prize money awarded); A/I/P: $340.00 (prize money awarded 1st through 3rd); M/T/N: $290.00 (prize money awarded 1st through 3rd).
Late Fee: $100.00 for entries received after closing date.
Change Fee: $50 office fee for entry changes.
Stabling: $295.00 Stabling from Tuesday AM through Sunday PM; Attention CCI4* FEI Competitors - CCI4* Horses do NOT need to stable on grounds. See stabling section for derogation consent form.
Tack/Non-Compete stall: $295.00; Grounds fee: $50.00 each non-stabled horse per event

Refunds: Scratches submitted before the closing date will be refunded entry and stabling fees, minus a $25 non-refundable office fee. Scratches submitted after the closing date will receive no refund. Scratches must be in writing, accepted by email only; NO phone or answering machine withdrawals will be accepted. USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($35), is not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test or, if applicable, present at the first horse inspection.
