Cross railroad tracks at Rte. 135. First left onto Irving St. Bear right at light onto Loring Dr. which becomes Western Ave. Left onto Brush Hill Road. 39 Brush Hill Road is on the right.
From North: I-95 South to I-90 West to exit 12. Follow directions above.
Comment: Big rigs should enter from Western Ave onto Brush Hill Road.

ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY CLOSING DATE! All incomplete entries will be charged a $25 incomplete fee at check-in" & "All unpaid entry fees will not be assigned ridership times. All entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries not accepted. If space allows, post-closing/late entries may be accepted with a $50 late fee.
USEF membership required at Preliminary level for owner, rider and trainer. USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except starter. Starter participants are exempt from USEF membership and horse registration, USEA membership is OPTIONAL
Electronic entries accepted through EventEntries.com, credit card entries accepted. Permanent Pinney Holder required.All changes/scratches must be made by email - no exceptions.Change Fee: $50, for any changes made any time after closing date. Changes must be in writing or e-mail. No phone calls please.
Refunds: Before C.D.: Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.: Scratches submitted after the C.D. will not be refunded. Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. Awards
Prizes and 8 ribbons per division.
The Jockey Club Thoroughbred Incentive Program (T.I.P.) is offering ribbons and prizes to the top placing Thoroughbred at each level. The reservelow pointplaced Thoroughbred will receive a ribbon. Eligible horses must provide T.I.P. Numbers to eventsecretary with entry. For more information, visit www.tjctip.com. All prize money will be provided to the host horse show for distribution.

VERY LIMITED STABLING - first come, first serve! Please contact secretary for availability and pricing. Do Not Sign Up throughEvent Entries!! Stall doors provided. No option to purchase shavings - must bring your own. No need to strip stall, but must be cleaned upon departure.

Levels may be divided as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.

SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS
1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR.
a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801)
b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801.
