Address: 1979 London Rd., New Market, TN 37820 PLEASE GPS directions against these directions: If GPS has you exit 392, you will end up on the other side of the river, or under an overpass that is too low!!! Directions now have an alternate route for anyone concerned about their trailer being damaged by Railroad Tracks or a low underpass.
From Knoxville and West (I-40): Exit 394: Turn LEFT at light at exit onto 11E. (NOTE: Do NOT take fork to the right on 11E that says 11W/25W) Travel east approx. 17 miles to RG sign on left of hwy (Lowery Loop Rd). On right is New Market Church. Turn left and go straight through stop sign. At Baker Rd. turn left (signs will direct you from there). Approx. 5 miles. ALTERNATE ROUTE FOR LARGE RIGS/RVS/CAMPERS: Follow above directions but go appx 20 miles (from exit 394) on 11E to Hwy 92 N (Old Andrew Johnson)...Jefferson Memorial Hospital on right. Turn left on Hwy 92 N and go appx 4 miles. (Lakeview Market on corner). Turn left, following Hwy 92, and go 1 mile to Groseclose Rd. Turn left, stay on Groseclose until it dead ends into Mill Springs Rd. Turn left on Mill Springs and go 0.3 miles to Repass Rd. Turn right on Repass for short distance and stay to the left onto Pleasant View Cemetery Rd as Repass forks to the right. Follow Pleasant View Cemetery Rd. appx 0.8 miles until it dead ends at Indian Cave Rd. Make a sharp left and go appx a half mile to 3-way stop sign. Slight right curve at the stop onto Nances Ferry Rd for 2.7 miles until you reach London Rd (sign that says Hubbard Farms posted on the fence). Turn right on London to where it ends down the hill at River Glen.

IMPORTANT: Ride Times Posted are Tentative and may be adjusted prior to Friday. Please check your ride times upon arrival at River Glen. They will be posted on the Score Board as well as online. ALSO... all eliminations/withdrawals on Saturday will be reflected in adjusted ride times for Cross Country on Sunday. These rides times will be posted online at above link, posted on scoreboard and a mass email sent to competitors. Also please be aware that scores are uploaded electronically immediately following completion of division in office. However, these scores have a mandated half hour protest period before they are final. That period will be adhered to in the office.

USEA Starter/D&M Fee: The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($35) is not subjected to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the Dressage Test.
Entries
Entry Fees:A $25 non-refundable office fee is charged per entry. USEA members and horse registration required for all levels, EXCEPT Starter Division. Divisions may be further divided or combined if entries warrant. Intermediate will require a minimum of 5 entries to run this division. Number of riders are limited by scheduling capabilities. Double entries: Not accepted. Negative Coggins within past 12 months required. No changes allowed in office on the Friday of event unless mandated by USEF regulations. Starter Division: USEA membership for rider or horse not required.
Late Entries: $50 charged if entry is received AFTER closing date of October 21st. Any extension of Xentry staying open beyond closing date, is for competitor convenience, late fees still apply.
Late Change Fee: a $50 fee will be charged for any change made to entry after closing date, October 21st.
ENTERING OPTIONS: An entry may be snail-mailed or filled out online at wwwuseventing.com/online services (Xentry). Payment by credit card is accepted with electronic entries. ALL ELECTRONIC ENTRIES< IF NOT PAID ONLINE< must still be printed and mailed to the secretary with original signatures, negative Cggins with 12 months, Stabling Form and any monies. STABLING FORM: Requests need to be noted by placing same name (trainer, barn, or person to be stabling with) on stabling form. Any early arrival or late departure needs to be listed on stabling form. Any stabling request after closing date may not be able to be accommodated. A separate check for stall Deposit -PER HORSE - must be included. CASH given for a Stall Deposit (instead of the required check) will assume the stall will NOT be cleaned and will not be refunded. A payment for the stall deposit by Venmo, will be refunded by Venmo if stall is cleaned. A check will be either cashed or shredded depending upon cleaning of stall.

A Post-Closing Office Fee of $50 will be charged for any horse withdrawn after closing that is replaced by a horse on a wait-list. SAFE SPORT REMINDER: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.

TIP Awards: 1st and 2nd places per division, rider must be registered on horse ridden.
Stabling/Veterinarian
210 permanent stall on grounds, 10 x 12. Permanent iron half-gates provided on stalls. Entries limited to stall capacity. $180 Friday/Saturday nights, addt'l nights $50 per stall. Early arrivals must email secretary. Initial 2 bags shavings included. Additional bags $10 each. Stall deposit: $50. SEND SEPARATE CHECK PER HORSE. Stalls must be STRIPPED COMPLETELY (not picked) or stall deposit check will be cashed. A $50 fine for switching assigned stalls without permission from secretary. Tack stalls $160.
Veterinarian: UT VETERINARY MEDICAL CENTER (865-544-9000) supplies our on grounds vet daily throughout show. Cell phone of vet posted at office and on stall card.

TN/Novice: 2200 m @ 400 mpm, max height 2'1 1.Beginner Novice: 2000 m @ 350 mpm, max. height 2'7". Starter: 1200 m @ 300 mpm, max. height approx 2'3. Exact distance and speed on maps at event. Terrain: Varied. All courses: Average. Water at all levels - BN crossing over water. Bank, Drop, Ditch are possible at all levels. Exception: No drop on Beginner Novice. Cross-country course closed October 26, 2025.

Additional Information: Dogs MUST be leased. Competitor party is complimentary on Saturday evening after show jumping. Concessions on grounds. Cross-country course closed October 21, 2025. Competitor packets available from secretary from noon on Friday. Cross Country Schooling permitted after show is over on Sunday free of charge for anyone eliminated during show, with trainer present. Others entered in show may school for a $25 charge. Signed waiver necessary from office. All fees owed at pick-up must be paid in cash, cashiers check or Venmo.
Minors who do not have a valid driver’s license which allows them to operate a motorized vehicle in the state in which they reside will not be permitted to operate a motorized vehicle of any kind, including, but not limited to, golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, or farm utility vehicles, on the competition grounds of licensed competitions. Minors who have a valid temporary license may operate the above described motorized vehicles as long as they are accompanied by an adult with a valid driver’s license. The parent/legal guardian or individual who signs the entry blank as a parent or guardian of a minor operating a motorized vehicle in violation of this rule are solely responsible for any damages, claims, losses or actions resulting from that operation. Violations of this rule will be cause for penalties against those responsible for the child committing the offense. Wheelchairs and other mobility assistance devices for individuals with disabilities are exempt from this rule. The unsafe use of personal electronic transport devices, as determined by the competition officials and management in their sole discretion, that do not require a driver’s license to operate, including but not limited to segways, hover boards, and single wheeled scooters is prohibited on competition grounds. Operating such devices in areas where people gather may be deemed “unsafe use” if there is a risk of harm to others. If the operator of the device is a minor, the parent/legal guardian or individual who signs the entry blank as a parent or guardian of a minor operating the device in violation of this rule is accountable and may be subject to penalties. Wheelchairs and other mobility assistance devices for individuals with disabilities are exempt from this rule.
Volunteering at the Show... any volunteer is eligible for a free schooling voucher when they volunteer for 4 hours or more. We are so appreciative of volunteers coming forward at the show!!!
SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS
1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR.
a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801)
b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801.
