From VA/Washington, DC Beltway (495): To I‑270 N. Exit Shady Grove Rd. east. Continue east on Shady Grove to right on Rt. 124. At fourth light, turn right on Brink Rd. Go 5 mi. to left on Howard Chapel Rd. At stop sign, turn left on Damascus Rd. Entrance immediately on right.

ORWashington, DC Beltway (495)to I‑270 N. Take ICC Rt 200 East(toll road) to Georgia Ave/Route 97 north toward Olney; Continue approx 6 miles north of Olney to the traffic light at Route 650; turn left onto Route 650/Damascus Rd; continue 1.5 mile to entrance on right.
From PA/North:I-70 west to Rt. 97 south, 8 miles to right onto Rt. 650 Damascus Rd., parking field 1+ mile on right.
From SE Maryland: Washington Beltway to Rt. 650 north, crossover Georgia Ave/Rt. 97, entrance 1 1/4 mi. on right OR Route 97 to Route 32 to Clarksville; follow local directions via GPS.

Check In and Arrival details: Wednesday, 10/22 after 11 am and before 5:30 pm; Thursday morning 10/23 before 8:00 am.
Wednesday 10/22 :6:15 Pizza Dinner and Welcome Briefing in person or streamed via Facebook on the Waredaca Classic Three Day Page.
Thursday 10/23:First Horse Inspection tentatively scheduled in the afternoon. Full day of activities and prep sessions. Dinner and presentations.
Friday 10/24Dressage. Evening Mandatory Riders Meeting before Cross Country held that evening with Beverage and Cheese social
Saturday 10/25: Cross-country, Jumping course walk later in the day
Sunday 10/26: Final Horse Inspection, Show Jumping; mounted awards ceremony.

USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($35) is not subjected to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. USEF fee is $8. Competition cancellation- No refund.

Reminder:All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.

SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS
1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR.
a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801)
b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801.
