PER USEF GR845 horses must have been vaccinated for Equine Influenza Virus and Equine Herpes Virus within 6 months of entering show grounds! Out of State Horses: copy of current neg. Coggins within 12 months and Certificate of Veterinary Inspection within 30 days; not required for in-state horses.ALL Modified and above Rider, Owner and Trainer must be members of USEF, including parents signing as trainer and Canadians. Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. Trailer Parking Policy: Trailer parking is extremely tight, you will not be able to tie horses to your trailer or put awnings out. Tack Stalls are HIGHLY recommended. All parking must be done with attendant guidance. Late night arrivals be prepared to move to designated spot the next morning.

Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted.
