Entries
Entries limited to 350. ALL entries MUST include payment in full to be accepted. ALL entries include a $25 non-refundable office fee. ALL entries must be received on or before closing date to not be considered late. ALL accepted entries postmarked on or after closing date will be assessed a $50 post entry fee until 9/16; $100 post entry fee 9/17 to Event. Any entry sent incomplete and not complete by closing date will be assessed the incomplete entry fee. ALL CHANGES/SCRATCHES MUST BE DONE IN WRITING via:2025 Horse Trials Scratch/Change/Add/Cancel an Item.Changes after C.D. $25 change fee. Incomplete Entries - $15.
All horses must have their vaccine records submitted to:2025 Horse Trials Equine Influenza and Equine Herpes Vaccinationand with them to enter show grounds. PER USEF GR845 horses must have been vaccinated for Equine Influenza Virus and Equine Herpes Virus within 6 months of entering show grounds! Out of State Horses: copy of current neg. Coggins within 12 months and Certificate of Veterinary Inspection within 30 days; not required for in-state horses.ALL Modified and above Rider, Owner and Trainer must be members of USEF, including parents signing as trainer and Canadians.
Reminder:
All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.

1st-10th ribbons, prizes 1st-3rd per HT division. CCI $1,500 per division in Woodside certificates. Founders Cup winner of CCI4*S winner. Directors Cup winner of CCI1*S.
Stabling/Veterinarian
$300/stall from 12 pm Wednesday to 8am on Monday. 400 stalls on grounds. Stall doors & initial bedding only provided. $150 - Trailer In Fee for the weekend. If horse park member please mail a copy of your membership card with your entry. $100 non-competing horse fee for the weekend in addition to stabling. Feed/bedding/hay available for purchase, further info from the secretary. Shavings $15/bag, please pre-order with Entry or email to [email protected]. Veterinarian: Steinbeck Peninsula Equine. # will be posted at show office.
Trailer Parking Policy: Trailer parking is extremely tight, you will not be able to tie horses to your trailer or put awnings out. Tack Stalls are HIGHLY recommended. All parking must be done with attendant guidance. Late night arrivals be prepared to move to designated spot the next morning.

SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS
1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR.
a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801)
b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801.
