ENTRIES MUST BE COMPLETE BEFORE ARRIVAL: On-time entries still incomplete one week before the event will be charged $25 per missing item. This includes, signature pages, coggins, muck deposits, horse or rider numbers, etc. Missing Items fees will be enforced. Submit ALL items before event!

DIVISION SECTIONS: Championship Divisions: If entries warrant divisions will be further split to Adult Amateur, Open, Young Horse, Junior/Young Rider.
USEA MEMBERSHIP: USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full, Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels.
PAYMENT: Credit card payment only. Muck fees charged post-event on Event Entries. No checks!
CHANGES: Any change to entry subject to $25 fee. Change must be in writing (email). NO TEXT MESSAGES. Before C.D. - change of horse and/or rider and/or division allowed. After C.D. - change of horse or rider (not both) and/or division, space permitting. Absolutely no telephone or text withdrawals, changes or stabling requests will be accepted. REMINDER: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition - regardless of the level ridden. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.

Cross-Country
Cross-Country: I-3400 m @ 550 mpm. P-3000 m @ 520 mpm. M-2800 m @ 490 mpm. T-2500 m @ 420 to 470mpm. N-2100 m 350 to 400 mpm. B-1800 m @ 300 to 350 mpm.
Courses are on well established, rolling pasture that will be aggravated. NEW changes to permanent obstacles at upper level courses. I has track over rolling terrain, with bold gallop fences, terrain and accuracy questions. P/M has terrain and accuracy questions, bold gallop fences. T has terrain questions that focus on the development of better balance and accuracy. N/BN/StarterGood educational and inviting tracks.
Area II Championship courses will differ from the regular horse trials with more challenging routes through some combinations at all levels.
PAPER NUMBER PINNIES will be used for cross country. Riders must bring pinny holders with them.
NO MOTORIZED VEHICLES ON CROSS COUNTRY. Do not ride bicycles or walk dogs on cross country while horses are on course.

DOGS:There will be a $100 fine for any dog not on a leash at any time during the weekend and the owner may be asked to leave the grounds. Dogs that bark continuously, lunge at people or horses or are otherwise disruptive should be left at home! Organizer/management reserves the right to evict any dog and its owner from the property. GR1301.6 will be STRICTLY ENFORCED: Dogs are not permitted to be loose on competition grounds and must be on a leash or otherwise contained. Individuals must not lead dogs on a leash while mounted. Dog owners are solely responsible for any damages, claims, losses or actions resulting from their dogs’ behaviors. Dog owners failing to comply with this rule may be subject to penalty under Chapters 6 and 7, as well as issuance of warning cards.
Disrespect toward volunteers, officials, staff, other competitors and other persons on the ground will not be tolerated. Organizer/management reserves the right to remove anyone from the grounds for any reason, including but not limited to disrespectful behavior.
