We can accept either XENTRY or Evententries for electronic transmission of your entry and we strongly encourage all entries to use either system for entries and payment. For those not wanting to pay by credit card we are accepting payment via Venmo or other electronic means (e.g. Zelle), but you would need to first contact the secretary if you want to use methods other than Xentry or Evententries. On all courses, some obstacles tend toward maximum heights for the level. Forward galloping courses. Well suited for horses with experience at the level. P - includes water complex & coffin. M&T - includes water complex & ditch. N - includes water complex and ditch. BN - includes water complex. Starter - No combinations or sharp turns; if a ditch or water jump there will be an option. SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS
1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR.
a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801)
b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801.
In addition to USEA/USEF waivers, the USPC and the Great Meadow foundation requires Middleburg HT to have additional signed waivers. They must be electronically submitted and not paper copies. These can be signed digitally
SHARPS CONTAINER: Competition management is responsible for placing Sharps containers in convenient locations on Competition grounds and replacing them when full. Competition Management may fine any individual up to $100 for improper disposal of needles or other sharp disposable instruments. Competition management will place notice of this requirement either in its prize list or on a specific handout given to trainers on check in at the competition. See GR1210.4 for complete details and please make sure the requirements for Sharps Containers are met at this competition.
