Training/Novice/BN will be Saturday/Sunday. Please go directly from the trailer to the arrival exams, without putting horses into stalls first. Wednesday:Stabling opens - 1:00, Arrival exams 1-5:30. Anyone arriving outside of the exam hours must go to Isolation stabling until they can have an exam, unless they can arrange to pay the vet extra to come back for their exam. Riders using Isolation stalls will be responsible for paying for their shavings and stripping the stall. Thursday:Arrival Exams 9-12 and 1-5. Attention US riders: Entries for ALL FEI competitions must be submitted to the FEI through the USEF online entry system https://www.usef.org/_AUAIFrames/FEI/Entry/Default.aspx or they will not be considered complete. There is no fee to submit an entry through this system. Athletes MUST also enter the event (and pay the entry fees) through the normal entry process. CCI Horses must be registered with the USEF and FEI. All foreign CCI 4/3/2* and US 4* horses must have an FEI Passport with current influenza primary booster shots recorded and current health certificate. All US CCI3/2/1* horses must either have an FEI Passport or a National Passport with current influenza primary booster shots recorded and current health certificate. Scratches must be in writing, accepted by email only; NO phone or answering machine withdrawals will be accepted. Contact secretary immediately if in wrong division - do not wait until times are posted!

If oversubscribed, a Waitlist will be compiled for each division. Waitlist entries will be accepted based on Postmark/Electronic Date.

All entries include a non-refundable $25 office fee. Negative 12 month Coggins must be through the last day of the competition and must accompany entry. No entry scheduled without full payment and completed documentation. Entries not postmarked, completed and paid by the closing date will be charged a $50 late fee. Riders, owners, and trainers at Modified and above must have current copies USEF membership, or pay a $45 USEF Show Pass fee. This fee must be paid online and only 1 per year is allowed. Double entries: Not accepted. All horses and riders including foreign, must have a USEA number. All riders and horses must be members of the USEA in order to compete at the Beginner Novice level.Beginner Novice horses can be registered with a Limited registration, which allows the horse to compete at Beginner Novice through Training for the duration of its lifetime, and riders will need a Junior, Collegiate or Full membership which is renewed annually. Show Management reserves the right to limit the number of horses per rider. Check entry status at www.stableviewfarm.com.

Reminder:

All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. PRIZE MONEY AWARDED FOR ALL FEI DIVISIONS! Total Oktoberfest Prize Money in excess of $60,000.00. CCI Divisions: Prize Money as described below, 10 ribbons per division. CCI 4* - $40,000, 3* - $10,000, 2* - $6,000, 1* - $4,000divided between the top 25% of the starters.

Stabling/Veterinarian

4* competitors are not required to stable on grounds, but must fill out the PR consent form if stabling off-site.ALL FEI RIDERS PLEASE READ - You MUST download the FEI Horse App on your smartphone and comply with all the new FEI requirements for horses when they arrive, before going into stabling, if you are shipping in, and before you leave the event. Visit the FEI website for more information. FEI and National horses can be stabled together, only if the National horses have arrival exams, complete the Horse App, and have an FEI registration. All other National horses will be stabled separately. Any horses going into FEI stabling must be checked in through an arrival exam Wednesday from 1-5:30, Thursday between 9-12:00 or 1:00-5:00, or on Friday morning from 8-10:00. Please plan accordingly as anyone arriving before or after the designated times will have to go to Isolation Stabling until the Vet Delegate can check them. Please email the secretary to let her know if you want your National and FEI horses together or not. 200 permanent stalls, minimum 12' by 10'. Available Wednesday at noon to Mon AM. Stall doors, no initial bedding. $300.00 Tack Stall/Non-competing. Additional stalls (minimum 12' by 10') in Main Barn and Barns near Covered Arena $350 per stall which includes use of a paddock. This option is not available for FEI horses and will be awarded on a first come first served basis. $350 Tack Stall/Non-competing in these barns. $50 stall deposit check required, will be destroyed if stall is stripped. SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS
1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR.
a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801)
b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801..

“Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith.” Show jumping will be on Attwood footing in a 350' X 270' arena, with a new warm up arena which is 240' X 121', also with Attwood footing.
