Address: Washington State Horse Park - 1202 Douglas Munro Blvd CleElum, WA (www.washingtonstatehorsepark.org) From I-90 Eastbound - Take Exit 84; follow ramp to the first left (between Chevron and Windermere) turn onto Douglas Munro Blvd., stay on this road as it bends left. Proceed 0.7 miles (go past cemetery) to entrance for the Horse Park. From I-90 Westbound - Take Exit 84; at end of exit ramp turn right onto Oakes Ave., proceed 0.5 miles to light; make left onto W. First St. and continue 0.7 miles; Turn Right (between Chevron and Windermere) onto Douglas Munro Blvd., stay on this road as it bends left and proceed 0.7 miles (go past cemetery) to entrance for the Horse Park.
To Lower Cross Country Course: (This is the course for Intermediate & Preliminary levels) Take Exit 80 and head North on Bullfrog Road. Go 1/2 mile and turn right on Woodduck Road. Parking for cars is along left side of Woodduck Road while trailers park on right side of road.

Refunds before CD less $25 office fee; after CD refunds only given if space can be filled from wait list less $50. Refunds will be issued 30 days after the competition. USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fees ($35) is not subjected to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. If competition is canceled, no refunds will be given. Entries

ENTRIES ARE NOT ACCEPTED UNTIL PAID. Entries submitted through Xentry paid with a credit card will be accepted based on date of payment. Mailed entries will be accepted based on the postmark. $50 late fee for entries received after CD to 8/15; 8/16-event $100 late fee. Each revision after closing date will incur $25 change fee. $50 fee for all returned checks. Double entries accepted. Organizer reserves the right to limit multiple entries if oversubscribed. If oversubscribed, priority will be given to Modified, Preliminary level riders. Out of State Horses: Required: Negative Coggins Test within 12 months and Health Certificate within 30 days. Horse Vaccination Reminder: Per USEF Rules we require all horses to have proof of Influenza and Equine Herpes vaccination within 6 months of show to be on grounds. Please submit your vaccination records online when you enter at:2025 Horse Trials Equine Influenza and Equine Herpes Vaccination. REQUIRED Washington State Horse Park Waiver: All riders must sign in addition to the entry form at: EI Fall Horse Trial 2025 Event Participants. Required at all levels except Starter: USEAcurrent membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full). Intermediate, Preliminary & Modified level rider, owner and trainer, US and Canadian must be member of USEF. Including parents signing as trainer. CANADIAN CHECKS NOT ACCEPTED - Canadians may use online Xentry with credit card. Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. Stabling: $215 for entire weekend from 8 amThursday to 6 pm Sunday. Limited Tack Stalls available, one bag of initial bedding provided. Single door. Rubber Mat stalls given to sponsors and key volunteers. Additional Stabling Nights - $50/night. Additional shavings $16 per bag. Haul In fee: $100 per day for non-stabled horses. Cross-Country

Approximate Specs: P:2600m @520mpm, 26 obstacles. M: 2500m @490mpm, 25 obstacles.T: 2200m @ 425mpm, 22 obstacles. N:1700m @400mpm, 18 obstacles. BN:1600m @350 mpm, 16 obstacles. Starter: 1325m @ 300mpm, 13 obstacles 2'3", water option, no ditch. Grasshopper: Same as Starter XC @ 275mpm. SJ is 2'. Pre-Comp: No XC, SJ is 2'. Training, Novice, Beginner Novice and Starter will be on the upper course.Footing is woodsy loam trails with terrain changes. Preliminary and Modified levels will be located at the lower course, off Wood Duck Road. Course is wide trails through pine forest, sand and dirt footing. Cross-country courses closed Sunday, August 17 at dusk.

Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under eligible section and birth date on entry. Some food and vendors on grounds. Dogs must be leashed or pay $50 fine. We appreciate any volunteer time one can offer sign up through www.EventingVolunteers.com THURSDAY SCHOOLING ROUNDS: Dressage and Pre-Comp to Training Show Jumping Tests, weather dependent will be available Thursday 10:00-3:30. Online sign up will begin Monday, August 25th. $40/round at www.einw.org/eventing. SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801) b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801. Show Jumping is on Sand footing. Please use sharps containers per USEF rules. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith.”
