We encourage EARLY entries. ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY CLOSING DATE - late Entries not accepted!Entries limited to 600. If oversubscribed on opening day, entries will be drawn as per USEF rules.
All entry fees include a $25 non-refundable Office fee. Changes to Entry after closing date: $35 Incomplete Entries: $15. Bounced check fee: $35.
USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels.
Refunds:Before C.D.-Less $25 office fee; After C.D.-no refund unless either entry or stabling can be filled from a wait list; in this case, a refund for either less $35 will be given. Competition cancellation: no refund. Negative Coggins required for out-of-state horses within 12 months.
Reminder:All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found atwww.usef.org.
