Refunds: Before C.D.- less $25 office fee; must be made via: https://www.cognitoforms.com/GrayAreaEvents/_2025HorseTrialsScratchChangeAddCancelAnItem; After CD, if entry can be filled off the wait list from July 2-8 $50 office fee, July 9-15 $100.00. Refunds will be mailed via check 30 days after the event. $25 fee to change level or horse/rider substitution, if schedule permits. Competition cancellation-No refund. USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($35) is not subjected to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test, or (if applicable) does not present at the first inspection.
Entries
All checks must be in US FUNDS! All entries include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Note: USEA and USEF fees are not included as part of the entry fee. $50 late fee if entry payment after closing date. $50 returned check fee. Add these association fees to your entry fee, per the itemized Fees Enclosed section of the Entry Form, total them with the other applicable fees, and send to the event with your entry. Double entries: Not accepted. $25 fee to change level or horse/rider substitution, if schedule permits. Competition cancellation-No refund.
All out of state horses must have negative Coggins 12 months and health certificate within 30 days in possession of the rider. Per USEF rule, proof of flu vaccination within 6 months must be submitted online at:2025 Horse Trials Equine Influenza and Equine Herpes Vaccination. Inability to furnish proof of vaccination, health certificate or Coggins may result in request to leave the property.
Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.

Stabling/Veterinarian
10´ x 10´ & 12' x 12' puck wall stalls on grounds. Stall doors provided and initial bedding provided. $280/stall Monday 7/14 at 8:00 am through Monday 7/21 at 8:00 am, extra nights $50. NO ARRIVALS BEFORE 12p Saturday July 12. Be sure to state on your entry form if you are with a group. Stalls must be stripped upon departure. $75 refundable stall deposit.
40 perm/620 temp. stalls on grounds.
Tack stalls will be available if space allows. Initial bedding provided. No tie outs. Bedding $13/bag. Local grass mix hay-$15/bale. Available on site for purchase.
Daily haul-in $50/day, payable with entry.
No Awnings or Tents allowed in stabling area. FEI horses will be stabled separated from National. Switching stalls is not allowed.
Separate RV's and campers will need to register for dry camping for $100/week 7/14-7/21, $20/extra night. All non-horse transport vehicles will not be allowed in the stabling area. No arrivals before 12p on Saturday July 12.

'Halt Cancer at X' initiative. Donations appreciated. Information will be available on the website, rebeccafarm.org. Proceeds will be given to Breast Cancer Research and support programs. Cross-country course closed June 24. Competitor Party Sat. night Dinner Ticket: $30/ticket. All must purchase ticket, none included with your entry. Levels may be further divided if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Food available on grounds. Dogs must be leashed at all times in stabling and other public areas or $50 fine payable to show management, proceeds will be given to a local animal shelter. SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS
1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR.
a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801)
b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801.
