Dressage Test of Choice** (TOC) ENTRY FEES:Early Bird Rate:For entries completed and paid in full during Early Bird period. All levels: $30. All levels: $105. **We can accommodate any small-ring dressage test.
INCOMPLETE ENTRY FEES:Entry Fees are assessed based on the date that the entry is COMPLETE and PAID in full. Packets will not be released for any rider with an incomplete entry or who owes money. Missing Paperwork: If ANY paperwork/forms (e.g., current Coggins, Signatures, USEA numbers, etc.) are incomplete, incorrect, or out of date after the Closing Date, an additional $25 admin fee will be charged. This fee is in addition to any entry fee upcharge, and MUST be paid online or in-person with cash at packet pickup. With the exception of muck deposits, no checks will be accepted after Closing Date.
CHANGE FEES:Changes madeprior tooron CD: No charge. Changes madeafterCDthrough Tuesday before show day: $50 change feeper actual changemade(i.e., change of horse + rider = $100),notper email received. Changes made on/after Wednesday before show day: May be accepted at Organizer's discretion. If accepted, $75 change feeper actual changemade(i.e., change of horse + rider = $150),notper email received.We cannot guarantee that all changes will be accommodated.All changes (including change of rider, horse, or division) must be made via email ([email protected]). No changes, withdrawals, or stabling requests will be accepted by telephone. We will do our best to accommodate last-minute changes, but please be aware that changes of horse, rider, and division can be difficult to make once the schedule is nearly complete.
STABLING FEES:Muck Deposit: $100/stall. One check per stall must be given to the Show Office at packet pick-up. Deposits will be shredded if stalls are left as requested. Limited On-Site Stabling: $100/night. Please contact the Secretary to confirm availabilityPRIORto selecting the Stabling option online. Limited Off-Site Stabling: $75/night, if available. Reminder:All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.
All horses must wear their pinny number during all 3 phases(either on bridle or saddle pad). Riders must bringtheir own pinny holders and bridle tags/saddle pad numbers. We will provide paper inserts for pinny holders. We do not provide bridle tags.
Communicationwill be done via email. Riders are responsible for including a legible and current email address on their entry forms. Awards
For HT and CT: Prize(s) and 8 ribbons per judged division. (Judged division = minimum of 3 starters.) Small prizes or ribbons may be awarded for HC riders at the event's discretion.
