All entries include a $25 non refundable office fee. $50 change fee for any modification made after closing date. Missing Items after closing date will be charged $30/item. Double Entries not accepted.

Refunds: Before Closing Date: Entry will be refunded less $25 non-refundable office fee. After Closing Date: No Entry refund. Competition cancellation-No refund.
USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($35) is not subjected to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Changes: All changes to entry must be made in writing (email). ABSOLUTELY NO telephone withdrawals or changes will be accepted. $25 fee for any changes after Closing Date. Levels may be divided if entries warrant; state preferences under Eligible Section and provide birth date on entry.

* MCTA members: List you are a member on entry to ensure you are considered for MCTA trophies.
*CT entrants:You do not need to be a USEA member to participate. There are no non-member fees for tests. USEA Starter/D&M fee does not apply.
* Collegiate Teams: Designate College Team on entry. There is no additional fee for Collegiate teams. Prize Money will be awarded to collegiate team (instead of ribbons) based on the number of schools participating; minimum of 3 teams in order to host). $300 to first place team, $200 to second place team, and $100 to third place team.
* Interscholastic Teams: Designate IEL Team Name on entry. There is no additional fee for teams. Ribbons will be mailed to the team designee following the show.
* Thoroughbred Incentive Program: Include TIP Number with entry to be consider for TIP awards at each level.
Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.

Overall Ribbons 1st - 8th No ribbons or prizes will be mailed unless arrangements have been made with the secretary.Trophies - Many trophies for MCTA members only. Please make sure your MCTA membership is current BEFORE closing date.

Stabling is not available.
Veterinarian staff/ Farrier staff-#s posted at sec'y's office & trailer parking area.
Competition Management will provide sharps containers at office and trailer parking areas. Competition Management may fine any individual up to $100 for improper disposal of needles or other sharp disposable instruments. See GR1210.4

All Show Jumping is on grass. The Show Jumping warm-up area is approximately 300x600 meters. The competition area is approximately 200x300 meters.
Food available on grounds. Water hydrants and hoses on grounds near parking. BRING YOUR OWN ICE.
No bikes orvehicles allowed on cross country course during the competitionexcept for officials and those with prior authorization.
PLEASE, dogs must be leashed at all times, no exceptions! $50 fine for loose dogs, will be strictly enforced! On grounds DOG WARDEN!!!
Schooling days available the week after event. Unrecognized event on Sunday June 8th. Check website (mdcta.com) for info.
SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS
1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR.
a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801)
b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801.
