Shavings: Additional shavings may be purchased at $12.00 per bag. Advance orders for Additional Shavings, should be sent to TRHP by Monday, April 21, and is highly recommended. All Shavings orders should be in by 2:00 pm each day for same day delivery. Advance Order form can be found at www.texasrosehorsepark.com/#PoliciesandForms. Do not include with entry. No Outside Shavings Allowed. Stall Deposit: $25.00 (separate check)will not be cashed if stall is completely stripped and clear of all manure and hay at end of event. All stall changes must be cleared with secretary in the show office.Anyone who places manure in an "empty" or unused stall will be charged one half stall fee or $80.00, whichever is greater. USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy:The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($35), is not subject to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the end of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Entries

Paper Number Pinnies will be in effect for cross country. Riders must bring pinny holders with them. Entry fees per division and include a $25 non-refundable office fee. USEAcurrent membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except Starter. Starter/Tadpole participants are exempt from USEA membership and the USEA Starter/D&M fee does not apply. All Preliminary & Intermediate entries, owners and agents must show proof of USEF membership, or pay $45 show pass fee. All entries must have three signatures: Rider, Owner and Trainer. Changes after CD $30. Entries after CD $75 late fee.Entries received without payment will not be accepted. Required: Vaccination, Coggins, Health Certificate Information:All horses entering the show grounds of a USEF licensed competitionMUSTbe accompanied by documentation showing vaccinations for Equine Influenza Virus and Equine Herpes Virus (Rhinopneumontis) within 6 months as well as have a current negative EIA/Coggins test (within 12 months).This is mandatory for every horse entry. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. Cross Country Couse will close after April 13th. Exhibitors are notified that any act of discourtesy or disobedience to the judges, officials or volunteers, on the part of the owner, manager, rider, or groom shall disqualify the horse, and the owner shall forfeit his entry fee and other fees. Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Food concessions on grounds. Form should be received by TRHP no later than 1 week before start of event. Dogs:Show grounds are stressful for many dogs and their presence is discouraged; if present, must be controlled and leashed. Dogs are not permitted to be loose on competition grounds and must be on a leash or otherwise contained. Individuals, must not lead dogs on a leash while mounted. Dog owners are solely responsible for any damages, claims, losses or actions resulting from their dogs' behaviors. Dog owners failing to comply with this rule may be subject to penalty under Chapters 6 and 7, as well as issuance of warning cards pursuant to rule GR 1301.6. In addition, pursuant to facility regulations, loose dogs will be fined $100.00. Absolutely no smoking in barns. Please field strip your cigarettes and pocket filters. NO VEHICLES ON COURSE! Motorized vehicle statement:Minors who do not have a valid driver's license which allows them to operate a motorized vehicle in the state in which they reside will not be permitted to operate a motorized vehicle of any kind, including, but not limited to, golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, or farm utility vehicles, on competition grounds of licensed competitions. Minors who have a valid temporary license may operate the above described motorized vehicles as long as they are accompanied by an adult with a valid driver's license. The parent/legal guardian or individual who signs the entry blank as a parent or guardian of minor operating a motorized vehicle in violation of this rule are solely responsible for any damages, claims, losses or actions resulting from that operation. Violations of this rule will be cause for penalties against those responsible for the child committing the offense. Wheelchairs and other mobility assistance devices for individual with disabilities are exempt from this rule. The unsafe use of personal electronic transport devices, as determined by the competition officials and management in their sole discretion, that do not require a driver's license to operate, including but not limited to segways, hoverboards, and single wheeled scooters is prohibited on competition grounds. Operating such devices in areas where people gather may be deemed "unsafe use" if there is a risk of harm to others. If the operator of the device is a minor, the parent/legal guardian or individual who signs the entry blank as a parent or guardian of a minor operating the device in violation of the rule is accountable and may be subject to penalties. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted.
