Entries: No one will be scheduled without complete payment and entrydocuments and electronic waiver filed online.
Refunds: Before CD-Less $25 non-refundable office fee;None after CD of April 16. $75 for any bounced check; Competition cancellation…no refund.
Post Entries accepted after CD, April 16- thru April 28; April 29-May 1; after May 1,CALL CINDY;$50 late fee added if before April 28; after April 29 $75 late fee added.

Change Fee:Simple change of either horse or rider but not bothby April 28 NO CHARGE; After April 28: $50 Changes must be via email! NO TEXTS, phone messages etc. USEA Starter/D&M Fee and USEF Fee Refund Policy:The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($35) and the USEF fee ($8--Modified and above), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

- Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.

Modified level and above:Riders, Trainers and Owners of horses competing who arenot USEF members will be required to pay the USEF $45 Show Pass fee: show pass fee must be done online and only 1 time per year. (note: a coach may or may not be a trainer; trainers are those who feed or care for the horse).
***All complete entries submitted within 5 days of opening date will not be charged for cancellation or changes if made before closing date****
- VTO TACK, AND TASTEE TREATS AND SWEETS for sale etc will be on site as will the WAREDACA BREWING COMPANY with a variety of beverages and snacks in the parking area.
- All correspondence from secretary will be via email--check your JUNK folder if you do not receive an entry confirmation.
- No accepted entry can be sold or transferred.

1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR.
a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801)
b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801.
