Tentative Schedule
Subject to change due to entry numbers, keep checking on-line. A/I/P/M/T are projected to be a 2-day Friday/Saturday. N/BN/Starter will be a 2-day Saturday/Sunday.
Thursday: Cross country course open-3:00 pm.
Friday:8:00 Dressage: A/I/P/M/T. 10:00 Show Jumping: Probably A/I/P/M/T. Parade of Teams 5:00pm. Games, and Gaze and Graze appetizers and drinks at the Pavilion pub from 6:00 - 8:00pm.
Saturday:7:30 Dressage N/BN/Starter. Cross country for A/I/P/M/T at 9:00, followed by some low level XC, probably Novice. SJ for BN and Starter. Training will do at least 1 jump phase, TBD. Gaze and Graze 5-7:00pm.
Sunday: - 8:30 XC for BN and Starter, and any other divisions that didn't go XC already, with awards at winners circle near Covered Arena. 8:30 SJ for N and any divisions that haven't yet show jumped, followed by victory gallops.
Unmounted ChampionshipAwards and Closing ceremony for teams will be following completion of competition. Attendance is required to receive awards and prizes.
Stable View Alumni Challenge is open to all college Alumni and current graduate students in addition to the Intercollegiate and Interscholastic team challenges.

Extra nights $35/night. Please contact Stable View Office at 484-356-3173 for more information. Stable View will provide one (1) complimentary tack stall per Intercollegiate School or IEL Affiliate. Please include your Affiliate's name in your entry and acknowledge if you would like to be stabled with your teammates. If a team extends to an additional Barn (20+), they get an additional free stall, otherwise 1 free tack stall per school. Additional tack stalls can be purchased at same price as stabling, but those are not guaranteed as our number of stalls is limited. If you pay for a tack stall and we can't provide one we will refund the fee in full.

MADE COMPLETE, INCLUDING FEES, NUMBERS & STABLE FORM. Entries may be mailed in, but ALL FEES must be postmarked by
closing date or a $50 late fee per entry will be owed.
Non-postmarked entries (i.e. on-line stamps) must be received by closing, or a
$50 late fee will be charged. Hand delivered entries must be at the Stable View
Main Office by closing date and contact must be made with show secretary to
verify receipt. No entry scheduled without prior payment. Riders, owners, and trainers at
preliminary and above must send current copies of all USEF membership cards, or pay a $45
USEF show pass fee. Only 1 show pass fee is allowed per person per year, and it must be paid online. Double entries: Not accepted.
All horses and riders including foreign, must have a USEA
number. All riders and horses must be members of
the USEA in order to compete at the Beginner Novice level. Beginner
Novice horses can be registered with a Limited registration, which allows the
horse to compete at Beginner Novice through Training for the duration of its
lifetime, and riders will need a Junior, Collegiate or Full membership which is
renewed annually. All membership cards and horse numbers have to
be to Stable View secretary by closing or a $50 late fee will be owed.
Scratches & changes must be e-mailed or faxed, no phone calls, change of horse
or rider requires a new entry to be mailed or e-mailed. Change Fee: $35 change fee for each change made to entry and/or stabling at any time. Neg. Coggins required for all horses within 12
months. Do not send original Coggins. Check entry status list at svfequestrian.com. No other notification method will be used.

will be water, banks and ditches appropriate for each level on the courses. Cross
Country Track is established, irrigated and aerated turf with established
Bermuda and Celebration grasses on slightly rolling sandy loam soil.
Cross-country Course is closed year-round for schooling.
Volunteers can choose to receive a free XC schooling pass for one of the Eventing Academy Open Schooling Dates.

Awards
6 ribbons per regular division, and prizes such as VTO saddle pads. 8 ribbons for IEL Club and Intercollegiate. Prizes will be provided to the first, second, and third place teams. Exact prizes TBD but typically items such as hats, saddle pads, garment bags, tack, and gift certificates.

Stabling/Veterinarian
Stabling - available Wednesday to Monday: $200 weekend for a regular stall, and $250/weekend for stall in main barns closer to covered arena, includes use of a paddock nearby. *Please note, riders who select stabling with a paddock will not be able to be stabled with their teams. Separate stall stripping check in the amount of $50, must be included in stall
reservation for each stall. Check will be destroyed if stall is stripped.
Stalls MUST BE STRIPPED. Extra Nights $35/night.
Shavings $9/bag if preordered (includes tax) - please order by Sunday April 27 toreceivethe discount. $11/bag if ordered on-site or after the 14th. Shavings will be available for sale on grounds for the competition. Orders received after 4:00 will be delivered the next day. Entry limit - 400.
Show Jumping and SJ warm up will be on Attwood footing. Competition arena is 270' X 350' and warm up is 121' X 240'.
Levels may be
divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible
Section and birth date on entry.
Food on grounds. Dogs must be leashed.
Stable View reserves the right to refuse to accept an entry from any owner, trainer, exhibitor or coach who has a past due balance owed to Stable View.

Those who send decorations in for a XC jump (please note Stable View’s XC course decorator will be decorating the jumps so teams are only scored on the element they provided her with materials
Hobby horse show jumping phase

Participation in the college fair (intercollegiate by setting up and interscholastic by attending)
Overall team spirit

SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS
1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR.
a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801)
b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801.
Sharps containers located in stabling, all sharps must be disposed of properly.
