From Ocala: Rte 40 east approx. 50 miles to S.R.. 19. Take S.R. 19 south approx. 15 miles, farm will be on the left.
From North of Jacksonville: I-95 South to I-295 South to Orange Park exit (Hwy 17). Turn right on Hwy 17 and go to Palatka, turn south onto S.R. 19 just before Palatka. Go approx. 40 miles, cross over Hwy 40, go another 15 miles, farm on the left.
From Orlando Airport: Beeline Expressway (Hwy 528) west (towards Orlando) to Florida Turnpike north (towards Ocala) to Hwy 429 north (towards Apopka) to Hwy 441 north (towards Mt. Dora) to S.R. 19 north in Eustis. Farm on right, 18 miles.

We accept most major credit cards. Enter electronically through Event Entries and NO CREDIT CARD FEES! ANY SCRATCHES BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE WILL BE REFUNDED VIA CREDIT CARD WITHIN 1 WEEK IF ENTERED THROUGH EVENT ENTRIES.

Non Compete Horse: NOT ACCEPTED ON PROPERTY
Stabling: $200.00 for duration of event. (Fri- Sun) Each additional night $35.00. Early arrival or late departure stalls will be an additional $35.00 per night/day.
Stall comes with 1 bag of shavings. Additional Shavings: $8.00/bag.
Limited RV spots available for an additional $50 per day.RV spots are first come first serve basis and reservations can be made on our website.
Ship-In Fee: $40.00 for duration of event.
Refunds: Before closing date - less $25.00 non-refundable office fee; withdrawals will not be honored unless faxed, emailed or mailed on or before closing date.

USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($35) is not subjected to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Entries include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Faxed entries WILL NOT be accepted.
USEAcurrent membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited for T,N,BN or Full) are required at all levels.
Double entries: Not accepted.

Copy of current neg. coggins within 12 months must accompany entry. 30 day health certificate required at the Florida State line.

Reminder:All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.

Flat terrain, courses more challenging than beginning of the season courses, but still moderate for horses with some experience at that level.
Participants should expect a course which includes water, banks, ditches, and suitable combinations.

Show Jumping Warm Up Arena 240' x 150' clay/sand/fiber mix footing.for schooling days.

Stalls: Permanent Wooden 10 x 10 or 12 x 12 Stalls with Permanent Doors.: $200.00 for duration of event. (FRI - SUN) Early arrival or late departure stalls will be an additional $35.00 per night/day.
ALL STABLING USE LAKE DORR LOWER ENTRANCE.
Stalls must be cleaned prior to leaving. Clean stall of all HAY/MANURE/URINE and stall must be LEVELED FLAT. NO holes or pits. NO straw or cardboard/newspaper shavings. Stall doors. 1 bag of shavings provided.
Ship-In Fee: $40.00 for duration of event ALL SHIP IN USE MAIN SR 19 ENTRANCE.

NO unauthorized cars or trucks on course.
NO golf carts or motorized bikes allowed on course while cross country is running.
NO Canadian checks.
NO camp fires.
Food vendors available on grounds.
Dogs MUST be leashed AT ALL TIMES with something or someone attached to the leash UPON ENTERING THE PROPERTY!
No loud generators.
No straw/cardboard shavings in stalls. If found, stall deposit check will be cashed.

SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS
1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR.
a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801)
b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801.
