Late Fee: after closing date: $75.00.
Stabling/Tack Stall: $195.00. Horse stall includes3 bags of shavings. Early move-ins: Arriving before 10:00am, Friday, March 21 or Late Move-outs after 8:00pm Sunday, March 23 will incur additional stall fee of $45.00. Stabling changes without permission from secretary will result in a $50.00 fine.REMEMBER - PUT YOUR GROUP NAME ON STABLING FORM, failure to do could result in not being with your group. Trailer-in/Grounds Fee: $75.00 per horse - Non Stables Horse (haul ins).Horses not to be tied to trees or railing. No unattended trailer tying.
Shavings:Additional shavings may be purchased at $12.00 per bag. Advance orders for additional shavings should be sent to TRHP by Tuesday, March 18th , and is highly recommended. All Shavings orders should be in by 2:00pm each day for same day delivery. Advance order form can be found at: www.texasrosehorsepark.com. Do not include with entry. No Outside Shavings Allowed.
Stall Deposit: $25.00 (separate check).Check will not be cashed if stall is completely striped and cleared of all manure and hay at end of event. All stall changes must be cleared with secretary in the show office. Anyone who places manure in an "empty" or unused stall will be charged one half stall fee or $80.00, whichever is greater.
Golf Carts: Golf Carts Available for rent at $100/per day.Advance reservations for golf carts required, reservation formand payment should be received by March 10th,sent to TRHP. Golf Cart rental agreement at www.texasrosehorsepark.com.GOLF CART RESERVATION AND PAYMENT MUST BE SEPARATE, PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE GOLF CART FEE WITH YOUR ENTRY. THANK YOU!
Camping: RV hookup $50/night (electric & water).Advance reservations required, reservation formand payment should be received by March 10th, sent to TRHP. RV Reservation format www.texasrosehorsepark.com. RVRESERVATION AND PAYMENTMUST BE SEPARATE, PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE RV FEE WITH YOUR ENTRY. THANK YOU!
NFS fee: $50.00. Refunds: Before Closing Date: full refund less $25 non-refundable office fee; After Closing Date: Entry fee less $50 cancellation fee if spot can be filled from wait list. Stalls: refunded only if spot can be filled from wait list. No telephone withdrawals accepted, faxes and emails only. Competition cancellation - No Refund. All entries received after closing date are ineligible for the Wait List. USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($35), is not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
