From Highway 99: Herndon Exit (10 miles North of downtown Fresno). East acrossUnion Pacific RR (at traffic light) & immediately - 50 feet - turn north on Weber Avenue. Continue thru residential Herndon (25 mph speed limit!) to barns - 1/2 mile.
Alternate if heavy traffic on Herndon Ave: after crossing railroad tracks, stay in left lane until first traffic signal (N. Riverside Drive). Turn left on N. Riverside Drive, turn left at stop sign (W. Spruce Ave.). Continue on W. Spruce Ave., it will turn into N. Devlan Ave and dead end at N. Weber. Turn right on N. Weber and proceed 1/2 mile to barns.

USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy:The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($35), is not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test or if applicable, present at the first horse inspection.

USEAcurrent membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except Intro and Grasshopper. Intro and Grasshopper participants are exempt from USEA membership and non-membership fees; USEA Starter/D&M fee does not apply.
MODIFIED and ABOVE must send copy of USEF cards for rider,
owner, and trainer.
Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.

Stabling/Veterinarian
$200/stall, AMPLE PARKING. 266 temp. stalls on grounds. Stall doors/1 bags shavings provided. $100 grounds fee for horses not entered in competition: This fee is in addition to the stall fee, includes cross-country schooling on Sunday after show.Priority will be given to competition horses. COMPETITION FLAGS AND FLOWERS WILL BE ON CROSS COUNTRY COURSES FOR SUNDAY SCHOOLING. Hay/Bedding available for purchase at show grounds; further info from Sec'y. Additional Shavings- $15/bag. Veterinarian:Dr Fallon Haig, 805-290-3397 will be posted at show office in stabling area.

Other Information
Ample parking and space for "tailgate meals". Dogs must be on leash during competition hours, in barns and at warm up. Donation of $100 required to Friends of West Coast Eventing (Anne Howard, [email protected]) for loose dogs.

Phase "A" will be flagged with gates for those who would like to hack and/or use for part of their XC warm up. Practice Steeplechase Fences will be available for schooling on Sunday.
Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.
Food on grounds.
Team Competition: Teams of three or four; best three scores to count - all team members at the same level; $5/ per member.
Cross country schooling on Sunday after competition allowed.
Ram Tap Horse Trials uses paper pinney numbers, rider must provide their own vinyl pinney/bib.

We will be adhering to all BioSecurity measures per USEF recommendations. An email will be sent out with specific directions closer to the show weekend dependent on current state and federal requirements at the time of competition.
SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS
1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR.
a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801)
b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801.
