From South-exit I-20 at exit 18 & take 19 south (right) to second light left on Hwy 118 (Rutland Dr) cross Hwy 302 and go left on Hwy 78. From North-exit I-20 at exit 22 & take Rte 1 South about 5mi go left on Hwy 118 (Rutland Dr) cross Hwy 302 and go left on Hwy 78.
Note: From Town center About 1 mile from town center Hwy 78 exits to the right (was a fork in the road) From the West SDF is on the left 2.5mi from Montmorenci Fire Co. From the East SDF is on the right 1.3mi past Oakwood Elementary School.

Entries
Sporting Days Farm HT uses www.EVENTENTRIES.com for entries & Live Scoring.
Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Include legible and current email address on entry. All correspondence from secretary will be via email. double entries: Not accepted. All riders and horses must be members of the USEA in order to compete. CT - USEA membership is not required and the USEA Starter/D&M fee does not apply.
If oversubscribed, multiple rides may be limited - please indicate order of preference.
If entering electronically; payment, signature page and Coggins must be postmarked within 5 days of entering. If not, the entry will be assigned a postmark date at the time it is completed, and payment is received. Riders, Trainers, and Owners at Preliminary must send current copies of all USEF membership cards, or a USEF Show Pass fee will be charged. Participants are only allowed one show pass per year and they must do them online.
ANY entry postmarked after Closing Date will be considered a late entry and the $60 late fee applies. Additionally, any electronic or faxed entry made prior to Closing Date must be COMPLETE within 5 days after Closing or will be also considered a late entry and charged the $50 Late fee. Late fee policy will be strictly adhered to!
A $25.00 fee for incomplete paperwork assessed after the closing date.
Scratches/Changes must be in writing via email.All other changes made before the closing date will not be charged a change fee and after the closing date will be charged a $25 change fee. NO changes allowed after February 27th other than dropping to a lower level. Change of horse or rider requires a new entry to be e-mailed. If space allows and post entries are accepted, they will be charged an additional $60 late fee. Neg. Coggins required for all horses within 12 months and must accompany entry. Check website & contact immediately if in wrong division, etc. Do not wait until times are posted; check status after you enter.
Wait List Policy: Entries are added to the competition in the order they are received. After the entry limit is reached, additional entries are placed on the Wait List in the order they are received. Only entries received by Closing Date and paid in full are placed on the Wait List. All entries received after the closing dates are ineligible for the Wait List. Once scheduling of the competition is completed, substitutions will be made from the wait list BY DIVISION only. The Wait List expires on Sunday February 23 at 9 pm. All checks are destroyed or refunded after the termination of the wait list . After the CD and before the termination of the wait list, in order to receive a refund, your spot must be filled from the wait list. Scratches after the close of the wait list date are not eligible for a refund. With the expiration of the wait list, no scratched sports are filled.

Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.

TheBunty Sellers Perpetual Award for Master Training Rider (Amateur) and a Master Novice Rider (Amateur) - awarded to lowest score in the Training and Novice Rider Divisions.To qualify, competitor must 50 years old or older and of amateur status with the USEF. Make sure to include Birth date on entry form.
"Mini Maid" Special Award for the Best Equitation in Stadium at each level. Judges will be watching for centered balance, Rhythm and landings with the weight in one's heels.
Jockey Club Thoroughbred Incentive Awards at each level. Remember to provide TIP number on entry form.
Winning riders must arrange a time to report to awards presentation area for Press photos in order to receive prizes $10.00 for mailing other ribbons.

Cross CountrySchooling on Monday, March 3rd 11am to 2pm, weather and footing dependent. Cross country course closed all winter except for schooling the day after the event. Information will be on the website www.SportingDaysFarm.com. Please also check the message at (803) 648-0100 for up to date XC schooling information.

Dogs must be leashed.Please note updates and changes to USEF rules, including all dogs MUST remain on leash and in control as per GR1301. If captured, $50 freedom fine to Aiken County SPCA.
XC Course closed February 18th through the event, and otherwise only open during scheduled schooling times and by appointment with a minimum of 5 horses.
Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.

Show jumping is in a large grass/sand arena with warm up on same.

No horses to be left alone tied to trailers. Sharps containers will be located in the barns. Improper disposal of needles or other sharp disposable instruments may be fined.
Minors who do not have a valid driver’s license which allows them to operate a motorized vehicle in the state in which they reside will not be permitted to operate a motorized vehicle of any kind, including, but not limited to, golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, or farm utility vehicles, on the competition grounds of licensed competitions. Minors who have a valid temporary license may operate the above described motorized vehicles as long as they are accompanied by an adult with a valid driver’s license. The parent/legal guardian or individual who signs the entry blank as a parent or guardian of a minor operating a motorized vehicle in violation of this rule are solely responsible for any damages, claims, losses or actions resulting from that operation. Violations of this rule will be cause for penalties against those responsible for the child committing the offense. Wheelchairs and other mobility assistance devices for individuals with disabilities are exempt from this rule. The unsafe use of personal electronic transport devices, as determined by the competition officials and management in their sole discretion, that do not require a driver’s license to operate, including but not limited to segways, hover boards, and single wheeled scooters is prohibited on competition grounds. Operating such devices in areas where people gather may be deemed “unsafe use” if there is a risk of harm to others. If the operator of the device is a minor, the parent/legal guardian or individual who signs the entry blank as a parent or guardian of a minor operating the device in violation of this rule is accountable and may be subject to penalties. Wheelchairs and other mobility assistance devices for individuals with disabilities are exempt from this rule.
SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS
1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR.
a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801)
b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801.
