Fees
Event Fees Directory:No one scheduled without prior payment. All fees must be received by closing date, 2/6/25, or a $50 late fee per entry will be owed per entry OR if paid after 2-17-2025 a $100 late fee will be owed per entry. Non-postmarked entries (i.e. on-line stamps) must arrive by 2/4/24, or a $50 late fee will be owed per entry OR after 2-17-2025 a $100 late fee per entry will be owed. If entry hand delivered to organizer, must arrive by CD 2/4/25, and contact must be made to verify receipt. One check per horse-no exceptions, if not, you will have to wait on a refund if you scratch one of the horses before CD. One check per horse, allows us to tear up the check if you scratch one of the horses before CD and no office fee will be owed. One horse per stable form. No checks drawn on Foreign OR Canadian Banks, including money orders. Must have a US routing number on check or money order, or entry will be refused - No Exceptions! No one can show up at event and pay their entry fee, payment has to be in prior to scheduling. All fees have to be paid by credit card after closing date, no checks.

All riders, owners, and trainers of horses at Prelim and above MUST send COPY of current USEF card or a $45 nonrefundable fee will be owed at check in.

Entry: A/I/P/M: $310.00; T: $295.00. N/BN: $290 Riders cannot sell their entries.
Stabling: $140.00, There is NO one night fee, $140 is for one night or three nights. Add'l non-show nights: $ 20.00: Non Competinghorse stabling $165.00 (includes $25 surcharge), NO per-night pricing available. Riders cannot sell their stalls. Stalls must be booked and paid in advance of competition. Stalls will be checked for compliance. Stalls 12X12 and 12X10, most are matted. All have stall doors.
Shavings: If pre-ordered, $12.00 bag and shavings will be delivered to your stall. If ordered at show from secretary, $13.00 a bag.
Stall Deposit cleaning fee: $50 send separate check per horse, ALL STALLS MUST BE STRIPPED including all hay, wet spots and manure removed. Most stalls are matted. All bedding has to be shavings, no straw bedding.
Grounds fee: $ 65.00 (non-stabled horses).
Surcharge: $ 25.00 (non-compete stabled horses).
RV hook-up: $ 50.00 per night, 2 nights stay or greater, will get priority over 1 night reservations if overbooked. (specify if you need 50 amps or if camper is large. May limit your "stable with" request. RV hookups limited so book early.
Tack Stalls: $140.00, NO one night fee. The fee is $140 regardless if staying for one night or three nights. (if space available).
LATE FEE: $50.00 per entry(after 2/4/25). $100 per entry if not paid by 2-17-2025.
Returned check fee: $50.
Fees not received by closing date, 2/4/25, will owe a $50 late fee per entry, OR $100 late fee per entry if paid after 2-17-2025, strictly enforced.

Policy:
The USEA Starter/D&M fee , is not subjected to office
fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any
rider who does not start the dressage test. Anyone disputing a credit card charge after closing date , will be barred form future competitions.
Pine Top does NOT refund credit card service fees.

competitions will require a Competing membership. Individuals,
including parents on behalf of a minor, who are participating as a
trainer or coach are not eligible for a Show Pass and must obtain a
Senior Competing membership to participate in a USEF-licensed
competition. Show Pass will be available for purchase on-line
only and Show Pass data will be available to competition secretaries
through the web service and API.Foreign riders MUST send copy of their current national federation membership card. $65 grounds fee for non-stabled horses. $25 surcharge for non-entered stabled horses. Double entries: Not accepted. Advanced competitors have the option to enter division based on riding Advanced dressage test A or B. . Please indicate on entry form which division you would like to enter. If no division is listed, you will be placed in Adv-Test A. If there are not enough entries to fill both divisions, only Test A will be offered.

Terrain: Excellent footing of well-established sand-based turf on 200 acres of rolling pastures with some woods, good galloping courses. No clay or stones. All courses: All courses are now opened up by removal of all pasture fences, and re-calibrated for softer early season with average efforts and distances. Removal of pasture fences allows better use of the exceptional terrain
and footing to create open and flowing courses.”

Stabling/Veterinarian
$140 per stall, NO one night fee, the $140 fee regardless if it's for one night or three nights. (tack stalls $140, covers one night or three nights if there is room) 150 perm. stalls on grounds. Extra non-show nights=$20 each. Stall doors provided. Ability to stable by groups maybe limited and may not be available if entering late. Grounds fee for non-stabled horses $65. Stabling for non-entered horses $165( includes $25 surcharge) & may be limited. Stall doors/initial bedding provided, stalls are 12X2 and 12X10, most are matted. Prepaid shavings $12.00 bag. Shavings ordered at the show thru the secretary $13.00 bag. Prepaid shavings will be delivered to stall. No straw bedding allowed. Riders cannot sell their stalls. Stalls must be booked and paid for in advance of competition. Stall will be checked for compliance. Paddocks not to be used by haul ins.

Dogs must be leashed. Close gates at night around barns. If you come back to stabling to check on your horse after dark, please turn the lights off when you leave or use flashlights.
Non competing horses NOT allowed in warm up areas during competition, fully enforced, must get bridle number from secretary and wear at all times when out of stall. All non competing horses must either pay a stall fee or grounds fee.

Life, senior active and junior active members shall be eligible to participate in all classes at Regular Competitions, Eventing Competitions at the Modified Level or above and Combined Driving Competitions at the Advanced Level, Dressage, Reining and Vaulting Competitions and Endurance Rides. A non-member may participate as a handler, rider, driver, owner, lessee or agent at Regular Competitions, Eventing Competitions, Dressage Competitions, Reining Competitions and Combined Driving Competitions upon payment of a Show Pass fee. Participants in the following classes are exempted from the Requirements of this rule: 1) leadline; 2) exhibitions; 3) games and races; 4) classes for 4-H members; 5) walk trot (exception: Friesian performance FR231) and academy classes (academy classes are classes limited to horses used regularly in a lesson program); 6) USDF introductory level tests, pas de deux and quadrille classes; 7) NRHA Endorsed Reining Competitions. 8) Opportunity classes, 9) citizens of other nations who have proof, in English, of current membership in good standing of their own National Federation, 10) USEA beginner novice division; and 11) assistant handlers in Dressage Sport Horse Breeding classes.
Minors who do not have a valid driver’s license which allows them to operate a motorized vehicle in the
state in which they reside will not be permitted to operate a motorized vehicle of any kind, including, but
not limited to, golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, or farm utility vehicles, on the competition grounds of
licensed competitions. Minors who have a valid temporary license may operate the above described
motorized vehicles as long as they are accompanied by an adult with a valid driver’s license. The
parent/legal guardian or individual who signs the entry blank as a parent or guardian of a minor operating
a motorized vehicle in violation of this rule are solely responsible for any damages, claims, losses or
actions resulting from that operation. Violations of this rule will be cause for penalties against those
responsible for the child committing the offense. Wheelchairs and other mobility assistance devices for
individuals with disabilities are exempt from this rule.
The unsafe use of personal electronic transport devices, as determined by the competition officials and
management in their sole discretion, that do not require a driver’s license to operate, including but not
limited to segways, hover boards, and single wheeled scooters is prohibited on competition grounds.
Operating such devices in areas where people gather may be deemed “unsafe use” if there is a risk of
harm to others. If the operator of the device is a minor, the parent/legal guardian or individual who signs
the entry blank as a parent or guardian of a minor operating the device in violation of this rule is
accountable and may be subject to penalties. Wheelchairs and other
mobility assistance devices for individuals with disabilities are exempt
from this rule.
EVERY CLASS OFFERED HEREIN WHICH IS COVERED BY THE RULES AND SPECIFICATIONS OF THE CURRENT USEF RULEBOOK

1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR.
a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801)
Sharps containers are placed at each barn for proper disposal of needles or other sharp disposable instruments.
Every competitor must sign and send to the show secretary the
new USEF/USEA Waiver and Release liability form before the start of the
