Entries will be charged an additional $40 if stall is NOT STRIPPED TO THE MATS. The $40 will be charged to the card used for the entry. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee. Written/email cancellation must be received by 7 pm on C.D. After C.D.-Entry/Stabling-No refund or substitutions for other shows. By entering competition, Payor accepts refund policy. Competition cancellation- No refund. USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy:The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($30) is not subjected to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Entries

Entry fee includes stabling & a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries not accepted. If oversubscribed, priority given to USEA members. USEA membership and horse registration are required at all levels, except Starter.Starter competitors are exempt from USEA Starter/D&M Fee and USEA membership/non-membership fees. $40 fee for any changes of horse/rider or level on entry when such requests can be accommodated. $30-Lost pinny. Neg. Coggins required for all horses dated within 12 months of competition with entry. $50 returned check fee. Refunds: Cancellation before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee. Written/email cancellation must be received by 7 pm on C.D. Cancellation after C.D.: No refund ofEntry/Stabling-No substitutions/credits for other shows regardless of services not rendered. By entering this competition, Payor accepts refund policy. Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. PT/T- 2400m @420 mpm. N- 2000m @ 350 mpm. BN- 1700m @ 350 mpm. Starter- 970m @ 300mpm. T/N: average difficulty for horses with some experience. Banks, combinations, water and ditches. BN: Inviting course with average difficulty for horses at this level. Could have water pass through. Pre-Starter- Good course for introducing horses to eventing. Can be trotted. Max fence height 2'- 2'3". Cross-country course closed July 14th. No schooling after July 13th if you are entered in competition!

Stabling/Veterinarian

Noon Friday to 6 pm Sunday. $40 for additional nights. Perm 10x10 stalls in stabling complex. Tack stalls=$105. Temp stalls will be used ONLY if necessary. Stall doors provided. Stalls must be left in clean condition*. One bag of shavings provided. Shavings available @ $10/bag cash or check unless preordered on entry - orders must be made by 2 pm for same day delivery. For Groups: use ONE name for everyone in group. No guarantee of matches with multiple names! Competitors are responsible for stall damage.Veterinarian:Bristol Vet Service, (262) 859-2560. # will be posted at secretary's office. *Entries will be charged an additional $40 if stall is NOT STRIPPED TO THE MATS. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Food available on grounds. Dogs must be leashed. Competitors must comply with Silverwood Covid safety rules. SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801) b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith”.
