Tack stall: $50.00 per night. Late Fee: (included in Post Entry fees above) $25.00. Double Entries: Not allowed. USEA MEMBERSHIP: USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full, Life) required at all levels. HORSE REGISTRATION: USEA Limited or Full Registration Required for YEH horses. PAPER NUMBER PINNIES will be used for the jump/gallop test. Riders must bring pinny holders with them. PAYMENT: ONLINE CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS ONLY! All entry fees must be in US funds; no foreign checks. Office fee will be billed to no-show, no-pay entries! CHANGES: Any change to entry subject to $25 fee and must be in writing (email to [email protected]). NO TEXTS. Before C.D. - change of horse and/or rider and/or division allowed. After C.D. - change of horse or rider (not both) and/or division, space permitting. Absolutely no telephone withdrawals, changes or stabling requests will be accepted. COGGINS: Neg. Stabling/Veterinarian

Stabling:112 permanent stalls with stall doors. $50 per night (does not include shavings) AND schooling on Loch Moy's XC schooling course. Muck deposit charged via Compete Easy if stall is not stripped and swept. Competitors wishing to stay for the week, call 301-514-0111. Bedding available for purchase ONLY if pre-ordered on stabling form. Shavings are $12/bag. Camping:$60.00/night w/ Electric hook up (20 amp). $35/night w/o Electric. (This includes the right to parkone (1)RVortrailer at stabling even if barn parking is full. Any RV, camper or trailer used as sleeping quarters MUST be paid for.) Trailer Parking at Stabling:Freeunless barn parking is full. Only trailers or RVs registered for camping may park at stabling if barn parking is full. All others go to satellite lot, no exceptions. Consult show office for most up-to-date parking situation. Veterinarian and Farrier:On Call On call Farrier is Miguel Gonzales (575-770-8530) $50 to replace/tack on lost shoe. $5 per stud hole. Other Information

DOGS:There will be a $100 fine for any dog not on a leash at any time during the weekend and the owner may be asked to leave the grounds. Dogs that bark continuously, lunge at people or horses or are otherwise disruptive should be left at home! Organizer/management reserves the right to evict any dog and its owner from the property. GR1301.6 will be STRICTLY ENFORCED: Dogs are not permitted to be loose on competition grounds and must be on a leash or otherwise contained. Individuals must not lead dogs on a leash while mounted. Dog owners are solely responsible for any damages, claims, losses or actions resulting from their dogs’ behaviors. Dog owners failing to comply with this rule may be subject to penalty under Chapters 6 and 7, as well as issuance of warning cards. Disrespect toward volunteers, officials, staff, other competitors and other persons on the ground will not be tolerated. Organizer/management reserves the right to remove anyone from the grounds for any reason, including but not limited to disrespectful behavior. 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR.
a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801)
b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801.
