Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Entry/Stabling-No refund. All refunds must be requested via email. Competition cancellation-No refund. USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($25), is not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

APPROXIMATE DISTANCES -M-2200 m @ 490 mom.T‑2000 m @ 420 mpm. N-1600 m @ 350 mpm. BN‑1400m @ 325 mpm. Starter: Jumps not to exceed 2'3"; XC will not include water or ditch elements for the starter level. The starter courses will be easy, inviting and run in accordance with the rules governing this sport. Timing will be in effect.
All courses: Friendly move up courses at all levels, however hilly terrain does offer challenges.Cross country course closed October 1.

Stabling/Veterinarian
Veterinarian:Fieldstone Equine Clinic . Limited on grounds temporary stabling. Stall doors included. Bedding provided. $60 per night per stall.

All dogs must be on leashes.
Levels may be further divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.

SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS
1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR.
a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801)
b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801.
