Entry:P,M,T,N,BN:$300.00 if received and paid in full via Xentry or with any other form of payment by closing date. Entries received and/or paid after closing are considered late and will include a $50 post closing fee.

All divisions are subject to the $30 USEA Starter/D&M Fee.
P,M: USEF $8 starter fee required for entry. Riders, owners, and trainers must have an active competing USEF membership and current USEF safe sport training certificate. A one-time per year show pass fee may be obtained through USEF. Contact USEF for this option.
Refunds:Before closing date: Full refund less $25 non-refundable office fee. After closing date, no refund (with exception of USEA Starter/D&M and USEF fees) unless entry and stall can be filled from waiting list. Competition cancellation - no refund. WITHDRAWAL ACCEPTED IN WRITING OR ACKNOWLEDGED EMAIL TO SEC'Y BEFORE CLOSING DATE.
USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($30), Modified & Preliminary USEF fees ($8), are not subjected to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days following the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage tests.

Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted. USEA membership and horse registration required for all levels, except Starter. Starter riders and starter horses are exempt from USEA membership. Championship division- Rider and horse MUST have USEA competing memberships. If oversubscribed, priority given to USEA members. $35 returned check fee.Refunds:Before closing date=Less $25 non-refundable office fee; If entry filled from wait list, fees less $25 office fee refunded.If stall can be sold (i.e. for tack stall),stabling fees only will be refunded. Neg. Coggins within 12 months required for all horses (include copy with entry) & 30 day health certificate required (for horses arriving from out of the state of Missouri only) within 30 days to be presented to show secretary upon arrival. Scratches must be in email form to Kathi Roof- [email protected]. NEW POLICY AT THE HORSE PARK A $50.00 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED. STALL WILL BE STRIPPED AND INSPECTED CHECK WILL BE RETUNED. This will help the control of the spread of disease!
Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. The horse park is changing their stall policy! Each stall will be stripped clean upon arrival and provided with one bag of shavings a $50.00 check (deposit) will be required and returned when stall is stripped and inspected. Shavings can be purchased on grounds. LIMITED stabling. $175/stall from 11 am, Thursday to 5 pm, Sunday. 147 permanent wooden stalls. Stalls assigned by order of receipt of entry fees. Stall doors/initial bedding only provided. There is a $50 grounds fee, if not stabled.Indoor restrooms with running water and showers on site. Additional port-a-potties near warm up and barn areas.Farrier: TBD.

SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS
1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR.
a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801)
b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801.
