Double Entries: Not Accepted. ENTRIES are considered accepted when all paperwork and fees are received. Entries limited to 180. Entries that are not complete at closing date can be replaced by complete entries from waitlist.Scratches must be in writing via email only. No phone or answering machine withdrawals will be accepted. Starter: USEA membership/non-membership fees, horse registration is waived and the USEA Starter/D&M fee does not apply. REFUNDS: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee. After C.D.-Less $25 office only if place can be filled from a wait list. Competition Cancellation-NO REFUNDS.Change fee after closing date =$25.00; Change fee after 09/24=$50.00. If space allows and post entries are accepted, they will be charged a late fee of $50. Negative Coggins required for all horses within 12 months. All entries MUST be complete prior to event! No paperwork or payment accepted the day of. Riders will not receive ride times for incomplete entries! Pinney holders are NOT available for purchase. REMINDER: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org. Riders, trainers and/or owners of horses competing at the Modified Level and above whoare not USEF Memberswill be requiredto pay the USEF $45 on line as per the next paragraph (note: a Coach may or may not be a trainer; trainers are those who feed or care for the horse). SHOW PASS FEE: Effective 12-1-2022 any rider, handler, driver, or owner are limited to one Show Pass purchase annually (December 1-November 30). USEF Show Pass will be available for purchase by exhibitors on-line only. Competitions should not accept payment for show pass fees and therefore this fee should not appearon the entry blank. Individuals, including parents who are signing as trainer on behalf of a minor, who are participating as a trainer or coach are not eligible for a Show Pass and must obtain a Senior Competing membership to participate in a USEF-licensed competition.

Awards

All divisions: Prize for first place, ribbons to 6th place. Sheila Hundt Memorial Trophy awarded to the rider with the best dressage score of the day. Founder's Award awarded to the rider with the lowest score who is also a member of the Radnor Hunt Pony Club. Richard H. Thompson Memorial Trophy and $1000 to the rider who wins their division by the greatest percentage of points, at any level and division. Prizes are to be picked-up at the show. Prizes will NOT be mailed.

Stabling/Veterinarian

Limited permanent off site stabling (12x12) $50/night plus $50 muck deposit Stall doors are provided. Stabling Contact is Cindy Wood ([email protected]). Veterinarian: # will be posted by the Show Jumping Arenas and Website. Farrier will be onsite, phone number posted at the secretary stand. All sharps must be place in the designated sharps containers per GR1210.4

Both SJ and SJ warm up are on grass. SJ arena is approximately 6,500 square meters. Cross-country course closed June 1. Entry limit: 180 entries. All riders must have own Pinney holders. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Dogs must be leashed at all times. NO MOTORIZED VEHICLES ALLOWED ON CROSS-COUNTRY COURSE. Food Trucks on the grounds. Water available. Excellent food on the grounds. Pinney holders are NOT available for purchase. Tailgate Spots with views of XC Course are available for reservation and fee. See website for additional information (https://www.radnorhunthorsetrials.org) SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801) b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801. SHARPS CONTAINER: Competition management is responsible for placing Sharps containers in convenient locations on Competition grounds and replacing them when full. Competition Management may fine any individual up to $100 for improper disposal of needles or other sharp disposable instruments. Competition management will place notice of this requirement either in its prize list or on a specific handoutgiven to trainers on check in at the competition. See GR1210.4 for complete details and please make sure the requirements for Sharps Containers are met at this competition. MOTORIZED VEHICLE STATEMENT: In accordance with GR901.29, theMotorized Vehicle Statement must be printed in the prize listin its entirety for all competitions. A copy is enclosed for your convenience or it can be downloaded from our website at www.usef.org. Please post a copy for exhibitors. Note: If motorized vehicles are prohibited at your competition, please include the required USEF statement from GR1301.7 followed by a sentence stating the prohibition. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith.”
