Cross railroad tracks at Rte. 135. First left onto Irving St. Bear right at light onto Loring Dr. which becomes Western Ave. Left onto Brush Hill Road. 39 Brush Hill Road is on the right.
From North: I-95 South to I-90 West to exit 12. Follow directions above.
Comment: Big rigs should enter from Western Ave onto Brush Hill Road.

Stabling:LIMITED ONSITE STABLING. $100/night. Off - site stabling offered 20 mins away. $85/night. First come first serve. Please contact the secretary about stabling.
Refunds:Before C.D: Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.: USEA Starter/Drugs & Medication fee ($30) shall be returned within 30 days of the completion of the competition, to any rider who withdraws prior to the start of the dressage test.Competition cancellation- No refund.
Entries
ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY CLOSING DATE! All entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries not accepted.
All incomplete entries will be charged a $25 incomplete fee at check-in & All unpaid entry fees will not be assigned ridership times.If space allows, post-closing/late entries may be accepted with a $40 late fee.
BN competitors MUST now be a member of the USEA, and horse registered with at least aLimited status for T,N,BN and Full for P. Starter division is exempt from the USEA membership/horse registration requirement; USEF membership required at Preliminary level for owner, rider and trainer.
Electronic entries accepted through EventEntries.com, credit card entries accepted. Permanent Pinney Holder requiredAll changes/scratches must be made by email. Change Fee: $40, for any changes made anytime after closing date. Changes must be in writing via e-mail only please. Late Fee: $40, for all entries received after closing date.

USEA Starterand D & M fees refund policy: USEA starter and D & M fees shall be returned, within 30 days of the completion of the competition, to any rider who withdraws prior to the start of the dressage test.

Reminder:
All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.

Varied terrain through woods and fields, hills and flat. Water complex at all levels. Solid T/N courses with banks and ditches; corner at Training. BN - straightforward jumps. Cross-country courses closed on September 23 (schooling available through September 22).
Awards
Prizes and 8 ribbons per division.
The Jockey Club Thoroughbred Incentive Program (T.I.P) is offering ribbons and prize to the top placing Thoroughbred at each level. The reserve low point placed Thoroughbred will receive a ribbon. Stabling/Veterinarian
LIMITED ON - SITE STABLING first come first serve. Off - Site stabling offered 15 mins from show. Please contact secretary for availability. Stalls must be cleaned upon leaving, but do not need to be stripped. Stall doors provided. Sharps container(s) available at barn onsite.Veterinarian:KE Equine 508 409-6625. Will post number at secretary stand.

Levels may be divided as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.
Parking space limited - please write size of trailer on entry form!Please no tents or awnings.

SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS
1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR.
a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801)
b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801.
