7:40 Dressage Test rides 2/3/4*. 8:00 Dressage Competition begins 2/3/4* and A/OI/P. Vendor Row open from 8-4:00. Additional Arrival Exams 8-10:00. Show jumping begins likely at noon with the 3/4/A/I but final schedule is dependent on numbers. FEI Riders Meeting - 30 minutes after the conclusion of SJ at the Pub by Pavilion Gazeand Graze outside Pub by Pavilion 5-7:00. Saturday: 8:00 M/T/N/BN levels Dressage 8:00 Show Jumping for those who did not jump on Friday, (likely P), followed by some National Show Jumping (likely M/T/N, possibly some BN). 8:00 XC OI/3*/4*/A/2*/P/M Vendor Row open from 8-4:00 CCI Awards upon completion of FEI divisions. Actual prize money checks will be mailed to competitors unless available at awards. All competitors receiving money must have filled out a W-9. Gaze and Graze outside Pub by Pavilion 5-7:00 Sunday: 8:00 Show jumping for those who did not SJ on Saturday, likely BN, unless we can finish them on Saturday. 8:00 XC T/N/BN. Scratches must be in writing, accepted by email only; NO phone or
answering machine withdrawals will be accepted. Contact secretary immediately if in wrong division - do not wait until times are posted!
If oversubscribed, a Waitlist will be compiled for each division. Waitlist entries will be
accepted based on Postmark/Electronic Date.
All entries include a non-refundable $25 office fee. Negative 12 month
Coggins must be through the last day of the competition and must accompany
entry.
No entry scheduled without full payment and completed documentation. CCI Entries not postmarked, completed and paid by the closing date will be charged a $75 late fee. All N through P entries not postmarked, completed and paid by closing date will be charged a $50 late fee. No changes will be processed after 9/25. Riders, owners, and trainers at Modified and above must have current
copies USEF membership, or pay a $45 USEF Show Pass fee. This fee must be paid online and only 1 per year is allowed. Double entries: Not accepted. All horses and riders including foreign,
must have a USEA number. All riders and horses
must be members of the USEA in order to compete at the Beginner Novice
level.Beginner Novice horses can be registered with a Limited
registration, which allows the horse to compete at Beginner Novice through
Training for the duration of its lifetime, and riders will need a Junior,
Collegiate or Full membership which is renewed annually. Show Management
reserves the right to limit the number of horses per rider.

All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. National Divisions: 6 ribbons per division, prizes to be chosen from the Stable View Winner's Table.
Amanda Bader Award - $2,500 total, divided between lowest dressage scores for each FEI division, who complete the event ($833 for lowest score in 4*, $833 for lowest score in 3*, and $833 for lowest score in 2*).
TIP Ribbons and Prizesfor the highest placed Thoroughbred at each National level. Register your OTTB athttp://tjctip.com/default.asp?page=7.In memory of Dr. Cynthia Browne for her years of volunteering and sponsoring rider bonus awards for Oktoberfest, we will be awarding a perpetual trophy to the National level rider of a registered Thoroughbred with the lowest dressage score. The awards ceremony will take place at 6pm on Saturday outside Ollie’s Inn. Additional TIP awards:
High point – Champion cooler, bag, $100 prize money gift cert
Reserve – Reserve Champion cooler, bag
3rd– 6th– sashesCGUG- (Cowgirl Up with Green) will be awarding a prize to the T.I.P. horse with the lowest dressage score at the national level.

SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS
1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR.
a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801)
b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801..
“Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith.” Show jumping will be on Attwood footing in a 350' X 270' arena, with a new warm up arena which is 240' X 121', also with Attwood footing.
