There is no fee to submit an entry through this system. Athletes MUST also enter the events (and pay the entry fees) through the normal entry process. CCI-S competitors must use the most current USEA CCI entry form. If space allows and post entries are accepted a $100 late fee will be charged. All entries that are incomplete as of Friday, September 6th 5:00 p.m. will be charged an incomplete fee of $30.00/PER MISSING ITEM (signature pages, Coggins, or any other items). Such Protective headgear must comply with the list of the applicable international testing standards published on the FEI website. Failure to wear such Protective Headgear where and when required after being notified to do so by an Official, shall result in a Yellow Warning Card, being issued to the Athlete unless exceptional circumstances apply. As an exception, Senior Athletes may be allowed to remove their Headgear while accepting prizes or during the national anthem. It is recommended that Athletes not remove their Headgear during the lap of honour. SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801) b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted.
