Tentative Schedule
Thursday: Stabling opens at 12pm on Thursday. We can not have competitors showing up prior to 12 on Thursday. Young rider volunteers will be onsite, but competitors must wait till 12 on Thursday to begin showing up.
Fri:Dressage & Show Jumping schoolingtests 10-4:30; Cross-country open-3 pm.
Sat: Dressage-8 am. Show Jumping-10 am.
Sun: Cross Country-8:30 am.

Starter riders are waived the USEA membership and non-membership fee andthe USEA Starter/D&M Fee does not apply.
Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted. Bounced Check fee $50.
Refunds:Before C.D. Less $25 office fee. After closing date: Only if place can be filled from waiting list less $50. Competition cancellation - Split after expenses. Refunds will be mailed check 30 days after the event. USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy:The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($30) are not subjected to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Please be mindful of the lack of internet and get entries complete prior to closing date.

M-2600 m @ 490 mpm. T-2400 m @ 450 mpm. N-2000 m @ 400 mpm. BN-1700 m @ 350 mpm/max 2´7", 12-15 fences.Starter- 2'3", 10-12 fences, some terrain 1400 m @ 300 mpm. All courses are on grass, very inviting for horses and riders moving up a level. Open, galloping with all the elements at each levelbut designed to introduce horses and riders to new levels, the fences will be height for each level.
Cross-country course closed June 26th.

Ribbons through 8th place in all divisions.
IEL & Intercollegiate Team Challenges ribbons through 3rd.
Stabling/Veterinarian
Limited. First come, first serve - $210. Stalls will be assigned in order received. 160 temp stalls on grounds. Bring stall guards. Early arrivals/late departures must be set-up with organizer prior to arrival - extra nights $40 per stall. Stall doors/initial bedding provided. Haul-in fee, $75 per horse. Remember we are running a 2-day format!
Dressage & Show Jumping schooling tests offered on Friday! $40 a test. Perfect way to get those young horses and riders in the ring for more exposure! Sign up will be online starting July 31st.
Cross-country course closed June 26th. Levels may be further divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Team competition: Teams of 3/4, best 3 scores to count, all team members at same level, $5/team member. Event proceeds are for the benefit of Area VII Young Rider program. Limited concessions on grounds, but please be as self-sufficient as possible.
SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS
1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR.
a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801)
b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801.
Sharps containers in barn area please use them per USEF rules.
Show Jumping Footing is on sand.
