USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($30) is not subject to office fees and shall be returned, within 30 days of the competition, to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

If space allows and post entries are accepted,they will be charged an additional $50 late fee. ANY entry post marked after Closing Date will be considered a late entry and the $50 Late fee applies. Additionally, any electronic or faxed entry made prior to Closing Date must be COMPLETE within 5 days after Closing or will be also considered a late entry and charged the $50 Late fee. Late fee policy will be strictly adhered to!Any entry which is incomplete as of 6:00 pm Sunday June 2ndwill be charged an additional $20 PER MISSING ITEM. Dressage and Show Jumping in outdoor sand arenas. Warm up on sand outside and the indoor on our new GGT footing. Entry limit 135 per day. Levels may be divided/ combined as entries warrant. Please state preference under eligible section. Provide experience and birthdate on entry. Dogs must be leased. $50 fine for unleashed dogs. No motorized vehicles on XC. Non-competing horses must purchase a number (Fee of $35) and sign a release to be on grounds. Parking is limited. Please share trailers when possible. Please bring water. Limited availability on grounds. No overnight camping. It is possible that there will be no food available on grounds. (subject to change) Please be prepared with snacks and drinks. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801) b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith”.
