From Denver & points North: I‑25 South to C‑470 West. Exit Santa Fe Drive (Rte. 85). Turn South (left) at top of off-ramp. 1.5 miles to Spring Gulch Equestrian Area on east side of highway, across from George T. Sanders Co. Pass through orange gates. $5 parks use fee will be charged per day.

Fees
Entry Fees for P/PT/T/N/BN/S: $240.00 All applicable USEF/USEA fees (see 2024 entry form). Entrant must provide USEF and/or USEA member and horse registration numbers. All mandatory signature lines must be signed with original signatures or electronic signatures. Entrant must use 2023 USEA Entry Form. Intro competitors are exempt from USEA membership and non-membership fees and USEA Starter/D&M fee does not apply. Draw checks to Central Colorado Eventing.Xentry or EventEntries preferred.
No Stabling is offered for this event.
Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.- Less $50 ONLY if place can be filled from waiting list. Otherwise, no refund. Please notify secretary by email. Competition cancellation-No refund. USEA Starter/D&M Fee: The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($30), is not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Entries

USEAcurrent membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except Intro. Intro participants are exempt from USEA membership and the USEA Starter/D&M fee does not apply.

Proof of Neg. Coggins within 12 months and Health Certificate required for out‑of‑state horses only.

Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. P-2400 m @ 520 mpm. PT/T-2200 m @ 450 mpm. N-2000 m @ 400 mpm. BN-1800 m @ 350 mpm; 14‑16 jumps, max. Starter-1600m @ 300 mpm. Terrain: Rolling hills with sandy footing. All courses: Will be suitable for the time of the year. Water/Ditches/Terrain on course for all divisions. Cross‑country course closed May 8.

Ribbons to 10th place per division. Special Prizes for all division winners.

No Stabling is offered for this event.
Veterinarian: On site during competition only. # will be posted in secretary's office. Farrier's hours posted on grounds during show, otherwise on call.

Other Information
Cross‑country course closed May 8. No one may ride any horse, walk or otherwise view the cross-country course.
Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under Eligible Section and birth date on entry. If experience level not completed, higher will be assumed.
Concession on grounds.
No horse may be ridden on dam.
Dogs must be leashed; $50 fine will be assessed to owners of unleashed or troublesome dogs.
Highlands Ranch Metro District Rules: Currently $5/vehicle parking fee will be charged.
USEA Medical card/armband must be worn; limited supply for sale on grounds.
SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS
1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR.
a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801)
b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801.
