Entries

Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. $30 fee for bounced checks. All CCI-S competitors must use the 2024 CCI-S Entry Form.All U.S. CCI-S horses must have a National or FEI Passport; all foreignCCI-S horses must have a FEI passport. All CCI-S horses and riders must be registered with the FEI for 2024. Include printed, legible and current email address on entry. All correspondence from secretary will be via email. VERY IMPORTANT - ALL FEI ENTRIES MUST FOLLOW THEFEI POLICIES FOR EQUINE TEMPERATURE MONITORING AND CHECK IN/OUT WITH THE FEI APP. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Entry/Stabling No refund. Competition cancellation-No refund. Scratches/Changes must be in writing via email, fax, mail only. A fee will be charged for any changes made to entry; $30/change fee through April 15th; $50/change fee after April 15th. COMPLETE ENTRIES - no change fee prior to Closing Date. If space allows and post entries are accepted, they will be considered a late entry and the $75 Late fee applies. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for all horses. Awards: 8 ribbons per division. Prizes to winners. Perpetual Trophies awarded in FEI divisions.T.I.P. ribbons & prizes for all levels (must submit T.I.P. number to secretary prior to dressage).

Stabling/Veterinarian

$50/stall/night. 115 permanent 10x10 stalls with rubber mats and doors. If additional stalls are required, they will be temporary stalls with doors. Straw bedding ONLY. $35 clean stall deposit required - SEPARATE CHECK. 1 bale of straw/stall provided. PRE-ORDER any additional straw or any hay needed from sec'y by April 12. If additional bedding/hay is not pre-ordered, it will NOT be available for purchase. CCI-S horses are not required to stable on-site. Veterinarian and Farrier: # posted at secy's office.

At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith”. All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement to be eligible to participate in the competition.
