Fri: OP,M,and OT will all offer a one day option as follows:
1. OP will run as a one day on Friday, EXCEPT we will take the first "20" horses that want to run over 2 days, Saturday and Sunday. Please state on your entry form what you prefer or you will be put in the one day schedule.
2. Modified and OT will run as a one day on Friday, EXCEPT we will take the first "20" horse that want to run over 2 days, Saturday and Sunday. Please state on your entry form what schedule you prefer or you will be place in the one day schedule.
3. All other levels will run over Saturday and Sunday

No entry accepted without payment. You cannot show up and pay for your entry. Please enter through EventEntries and pay with credit card. Entries may be mailed in, but ALL FEES must be paid by closing date, 2/27/24, or a $100 late fee per entry will be owed. Hand delivered entries must be by closing date and contact must be made with the organizer to verify receipt. Riders, trainers and owners at Intermediate and preliminary must send current copies of all USEF membership cards with entry or a $45 non-refundable fee will be owed. Show Pass: Effective December 1, 2022, rider, handler,
driver, or owner are limited to one Show Pass purchase annually
(December 1-November 30); continued participation in USEF-licensed
competitions will require a Competing membership. Individuals,
including parents on behalf of a minor, who are participating as a
trainer or coach are not eligible for a Show Pass and must obtain a
Senior Competing membership to participate in a USEF-licensed
competition. Show Pass will be available for purchase on-line
only and Show Pass data will be available to competition secretaries
through the web service and API.
Double entries: Not accepted. $65 grounds fee for non-stabled horses. $25 surcharge for non-entered stabled horses. All Horse and riders (including Foreign) must have a current USEA number and all horses must have a full registration USEA number.
After closing date to see if space available email the show secretary. Entries
post marked after CD of 2/27/24, have to enter thru EventEntries and pay
with credit card. A $100 late fee will apply.
Effective 12/1/2016, all BN riders must have a current USEA membership and BN horses must have at least a Limited registration status.
Scratches & changes must be e-mailed or faxed, no phone calls, change of horse or rider requires anew entry to be faxed or e-mailed.INCOMPLETE ENTRIES RECEIVE NO POSTMARK UNTIL THE DAY THEY ARE MADE COMPLETE, INCLUDING FEES, NUMBERS & STABLE FORM.$25 change fee for each change made to entry and/or stabling at any time.

No portable stalls. Stall doors/initial bedding provided. Bedding-shavings only, Pre-paid shavings will be $10.00 per bag and delivered to stall. If ordered from show secretary at show $11.00 bag. No straw bedding. $165 stall fee( includes $25 surcharge) for non-competing horses if space is available. Riders cannot resell their stalls. Stalls and RV's booked up fast last year, so enter and pay early. If entering late may not be able to honor, "stable with request". RV spots of two nights or more take precedence over one night stays. Stabling fills up so book it early and pay your fees on time! Or you may have to stable off grounds. If RV needs a 50 amp, please put on stable form.

Excellent concessions on grounds by Thomson High band boosters, open early for breakfast. Our concessions is their main fundraiser for the kids to go band competitions so please support them!
Dogs must be leashed. Strictly enforced.
No non-competing horses in warm up during competition, enforced, must get bridle number from show secretary and wear at all times when out of stall. Anytime a non-compete horse is on the property it owes a $65 grounds fee.
Close all gates in stabling areas after dark. If you come back to stabling to check on you horse after dark, please turn the lights off when you leave or use flashlights.

This event overfilled last year, so enter early.
All fees have to be paid in advance and all
signatures and numbers have to be turned into the secretary by closing
date, 2-28-23 or a late fee will be owed. No one can show up at the show
and pay for their entry and or stabling. You will be turned away, Braiding discouraged and not
counted against you.
Minors who do not have a valid driver’s license which allows them to operate a motorized vehicle in the
state in which they reside will not be permitted to operate a motorized vehicle of any kind, including, but
not limited to, golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, or farm utility vehicles, on the competition grounds of
licensed competitions. Minors who have a valid temporary license may operate the above described
motorized vehicles as long as they are accompanied by an adult with a valid driver’s license. The
parent/legal guardian or individual who signs the entry blank as a parent or guardian of a minor operating
a motorized vehicle in violation of this rule are solely responsible for any damages, claims, losses or
actions resulting from that operation. Violations of this rule will be cause for penalties against those
responsible for the child committing the offense. Wheelchairs and other mobility assistance devices for
individuals with disabilities are exempt from this rule.
The unsafe use of personal electronic transport devices, as determined by the competition officials and
management in their sole discretion, that do not require a driver’s license to operate, including but not
limited to segways, hover boards, and single wheeled scooters is prohibited on competition grounds.
Operating such devices in areas where people gather may be deemed “unsafe use” if there is a risk of
harm to others. If the operator of the device is a minor, the parent/legal guardian or individual who signs
the entry blank as a parent or guardian of a minor operating the device in violation of this rule is
accountable and may be subject to penalties. Wheelchairs and other
mobility assistance devices for individuals with disabilities are exempt
from this rule.
EVERY CLASS OFFERED HEREIN WHICH IS COVERED BY THE RULES AND SPECIFICATIONS OF THE CURRENT USEF RULEBOOK
WILL BE CONDUCTED AND JUDGED IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH

SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS
1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR.
a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801)
Sharps containers are placed at each barn for proper disposal of needles or other sharp disposable instruments.
Every competitor must sign and send to the show secretary the
new USEF/USEA Waiver and Release liability form before the start of the

USEF Membership Statement: Eventing Competitions at the Modified Level or above, Combined Driving Competitions at the Advanced
Level, Dressage Competitions, Endurance Rides and Vaulting Competitions: (See GR828.4 of the
Federation rules). Life, senior active and junior active members shall be eligible to participate in all
classes at Regular Competitions, Eventing Competitions at the Modified Level or above and Combined
Driving Competitions at the Advanced Level, Dressage, Reining and Vaulting Competitions and
Endurance Rides. A non-member may participate as a handler, rider, driver, owner, lessee, or agent, at
Regular Competitions, Eventing Competitions, Dressage Competitions, Reining Competitions and
Combined Driving Competitions upon payment of a Show Pass fee. Participants in the following classes
are exempted from the Requirements of this rule: 1) leadline; 2) exhibitions; 3) games and races; 4)
classes for 4-H members; 5) walk trot (exception: Friesian performance FR231) and academy classes
(academy classes are classes limited to horses used regularly in a lesson program); 6) USDF introductory
level tests, pas de deux and quadrille classes; 7) NRHA Endorsed Reining Competitions. 8) Opportunity
classes, 9) citizens of other nations who have proof, in English, of current membership in good standing
of their own National Federation, 10) USEA beginner novice division; and 11) assistant handlers in
Dressage Sport Horse Breeding classes
Mandatory Necropsy: USEF GR850 requires that a necropsy be
performed in all incidents of euthanasia or fatality, except where the
nearest Veterinary Pathology laboratory is further than 200 miles from
where the equine fatality or euthanasia occurred.
In certain circumstances, as approved by the Chief Administrator of the
Federation’s Equine Drugs and Medications Program, a necropsy may not
be warranted. Competition Management will post directions to the nearest Veterinary Pathology
laboratory to facilitate a rapid and accurate post-mortem. (GR843.5.)
