USEA Starter/D&M FeeRefund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($30), is not subjected to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. ALL entries MUST include payment in full to be accepted. ALL entries must be postmarked on or before closing date. ALL accepted entries postmarked on or after closing date will be assessed a $50 post entry fee. Any entry sent incomplete and not complete by closing date will be assessed the incomplete entry fee. ALL CHANGES/SCRATCHES MUST BE DONE IN WRITING to [email protected].Changes after C.D. $25 change fee. Incomplete Entries - $15.
All horses must have their vaccine records submitted to:2023 Horse Trials Equine Influenza and Equine Herpes Vaccinationand with them to enter show grounds. PER USEF GR845 horses must have been vaccinated for Equine Influenza Virus and Equine Herpes Virus within 6 months of entering show grounds!

All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. Stabling/Veterinarian
$250/stall from 12 pm Wednesday to Noon on Monday. 400 stalls on grounds. Stall doors & initial bedding only provided. $100 - Trailer In Fee for the weekend. If horse park member please mail a copy of your membership card with your entry. $100 non-competing horse fee for the weekend in addition to stabling. Feed/bedding/hay available for purchase, further info from the secretary. Shavings $13/bag, please pre-order with Entry or email to [email protected]. Veterinarian: TBD. # will be posted at show office.
Trailer Parking Policy: Trailer parking is extremely tight, you will not be able to tie horses to your trailer or put awnings out. Tack Stalls are HIGHLY recommended. All parking must be done with attendant guidance. Late night arrivals be prepared to move to designated spot the next morning.

EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted.
