Event Fees Directory: Electronic entries only through Xentry or Event Entires. Any difference remaining in the refund total be $10 or less, the remainder will be donated to the XC jump fund. Entry: T/N/BN Divisions: $245.00; Starter/Tadpole Division: $210.00 (U.S. funds) before Close. Refunds:Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-No refund/stabling-No refund. USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy:The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($30) is not subjected to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.Any entries that are accepted after Close - Entry Fee $310, plus stabling and Assn. Fees. Event website will state at Close whether this option will apply, and only COMPLETE entries with all FEES will be considered.ALL payments received after Close must be paid via Credit Card, Venmo, or Cash.Riders please Note: ANY entry received and not COMPLETE (including all fees due) at Close, will be removed from the Entry List and Late Charges of $50 will apply to this entry in order to start the event. Stabling: EXTREMLEY LIMITED ON GROUND STALLS AVAILABLE. FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE.There are stalls available off site within 15 minutes of the park for overflow need. Stabling $50 night. All stalls must be stripped before leaving. $50 Stall Deposit must be paid at the window via cash or check only. NO tack stalls available. Haul in fee:$35 per horse.

Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted.USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except Starter and Tadpole.Starter participants are exempt from USEA membership and the USEA Starter/D&M fee does not apply. Levels will be further divided by if entries warrant.Please check ALL boxes for divisions you want to be considered for.Please note:All entry fees deposited upon receipt. Stabling/Veterinarian: $50/day.Tack stall: Unavailable at this time. Limited to 27 stalls on grounds. Off site overflow stalls will be availablewithin 15 minutesof the park. Same pricing applies. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag.
