Entry fee includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Accepted. BN competitors must be USEA members; BN horses must be registered. Prelim fees do not apply to P/T division.Fee of $25 charged for changes after closing date. Late fees: $35 late fee for entries received after August 29th. $10 refundper horse entry when COMPLETE entry packet (including Coggins, EHV andpayment) are received by the Secretary within 10 days
of the opening date. Refund will be processed and ready for pick up at Secretary's stand on the day of competition.
USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M Fee ($30) is not subject to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not startthe dressage test.
Selling of entries is strictly prohibited without the written consent of the Secretary.
Payment of a $25 Change Fee will apply; Late Fees charged as applicable.

All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. Softly varied terrain, wood & fields, hills & flat. Water and ditches BN and above. PT uses modified Training cross-country course; will have several Preliminary questions at Training height. PT show jumping is at full Preliminary level. Cross-country course open for schooling untilAugust 25- $35.
