  • Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.
  • Modified level and above:Riders and owners of horses competing who arenot USEF members will be required to pay the USEF $45 Show Pass fee: show pass fee must be done online and only 1 time per year. (note: a coach may or may not be a trainer; trainers are those who feed or care for the horse).

  • VTO TACK, Yummy Food for sale etc will be on site as will the Waredaca Brewing Company with a variety of beverages and snacks in the parking area.

Stabling/Veterinarian

Stabling: $65.00 per night per horse.Muck Fee$85 per stall; refundable if stalls properly cleaned (Separate check) desirable All stalls have full doors. No initial bedding; shavings available for pre-order and purchase ($10/bag; E [email protected]) Limited on ground stabling. Many permanent stalls available within 2 miles of the Farm with easy access and parking Specific ASSIGNMENTS AND directions will be POSTED on website on May 3. Two Choices we suggest: First is the Comfort Inn--$96.00/night plus tax. The Comfort Inn is the standard hotel room type experience but quite satisfactory. Cross-Country

I-- 3200 m @ 550 mpm. P‑2800 m @ 520 mpm. M -2600 m @ 490 mpm.T‑2400 m @ 450 mpm.N-2200 m @ 375 mpm. BN‑1600 m @ 350 mpm.

All courses: Variety of tests at all levels. Website will be updated closer to event date. Water at all levels. All courses will be aerated if necessary prior to competition phase. XC courses closed 4/15

Starter Event May 13 MOTORIZED VEHICLES INCLUDING E BIKES ALLOWED ON CROSS-COUNTRY COURSE BEFORE AND AFTER XC PHASE BUT NOT PERMITTED WHEN PHASE RUNNING NOR DIRECTLY ON TRACKS.
