Note: Rider MAY enter multiple divisions of the CT. ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY CLOSING DATE. LATE ENTRIES will pay an additional $50 fee. All entry fees include a $25.00 non-refundable office fee. Double Entries not accepted. Competitors who are not USEA MEMBERS MUST PAY EXTRA $25.00 NON MEMBER FEE WITH ENTRY. $15.00 fee for incomplete entries, $40.00 fee for changing horse/rider/level after C.D. If space available, entries will be accepted after the CD and will be assessed a $50 late fee. NOTE CT Competitors: DO NOT PAY USEA STARTER FEES AND DRUG FEES. Return checks=$35.00. Stabling/Veterinarian
$200/stall, AMPLE PARKING! Barns open Thursday noon to Monday 12pm. Additional nights available at $35/night. Stall doors. Hay and shavings available for purchases on grounds. $10/bag shavings. $11/bag mini flake shavings. $100/weekend grounds fee for horses not entered in the competition and not participating in our Fundraiser Schooling Days, THIS FEE IS IN ADDITION TO THE STALL FEE. Accommodations
Hotel reservations will be accepted at La Quinta Northwest Fresno on Cornelia Ave (559-275-3700) if you tell them you are with Ram Tap Horse Park.La Quinta rate for Ram Tap Horse Park is $89/single or $99/double, they will waive the pet cleaning deposit if you tell them you are with the Park. Camping: Allowed, no hook-ups. Water/Electricity Hook Ups available - $75/day. Water Only Hook Ups available - $100/weekend. Please contact show secretary to reserve your space.

Other Information
Ample parking and space for "tailgate meals". Dogs must be on held leash during competition hours, in barns and at warm up. Donation of $100 required to Friends of West Coast Eventing (Anne Howard, [email protected]) for loose dogs.
Divisions may be divided/combined as entries warrant: state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Prize list from secretary. Food on grounds. Team Competition: Teams of 3/4, best3 scores to count, all team members at same level $5/per team member.
Horses entered in the CT may also enter additional Dressage or Show Jumping Test for $65/test at Early Bird entry rate. $75/ test after CD if time schedule permits. No ribbons given for individual tests.
Jock Paget Clinic will be running simultaneously with the Combined Test. Participants in both will receive a reduced stabling fee for the weekend. Please contact the show secretary for your total. Please visit our website or our FB page for more information regarding the Jock Paget Clinic.
COVID-19 Rules for equestrian sports which include social distancing, masks, and self temperature checks will be the minimum enforced for this event. EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted. "Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith."
